I've found that typically, if I go into a store of this nature with an open mind and just committed to the process of waiting to be served and having my package sent off or a copy made.. things go smoothly. Being in a hurry just causes undue stress and worry. Seemed like the lady working g thus afternoon handled the 5 person que to the register with precision. Took maybe 8 min for my turn.. bada Bing .. I was outta there

We, always use, and recommend Fed Ex, for delivery to anyone in which we are sending a package.We highly recommend FedEx, as Professional’s , for all of your Sentimental, and Valuable, Items. !Fed Ex, has been a great asset,for my Business, as a Customer since the need for outsourcing, our Business Operations.Our packages arrive safely and efficiently with FedEx. very disappointed with this location. First they were trying to charge over $100 for 25 printed pages. Then when I said I would do it self service, they never informed me that the self service printers (for some odd reason) provide less quality images than if they handled it for me. So my client was highly unsatisfied and they wouldnt refund. Why would anyone want lesser quality images just because they want to do it self service? FEDEX shame on you. The image of the single ticket was printed in a $30 printer and the stack was printed on their huge self service machines. HOW IS MY $30 PRINTER PRINTING BETTER THAN YOUR INDUSTRIAL PRINTERS??????

I to go to fedex everyday to drop off some things, but I try to avoiding this one because of how bad the costumer service is, I’ve talked to Carlos the manager and all of the employees over there are rude, and always unfriendly.I’ve tried to be nice about it and ignore it but it’s too much and very unprofessional.

The manager at this location named carlos is horrible he has no idea what he is doing. Everytime i go to this location and he is working i have a bad experience always trying to say that ther is an issue with shipping my packages that i always send to the same address. The sanford location on rhinehart rd is the best dont come to this location.

was very upset today as to how that fed ex location treated me like a sub class citizen. The agent at fed ex and manager said that simply scanning the barcode the package would go to the Lee rd address...I argued peacefully that the package should indeed go to Dell instead whereas I was kicked out of the store.
