The outer & inner appearance was not clean or organize. The cashier did not greet when entering the store or speak to me when it was time to check out at the register.

The lady at the register English was not enough to make a conversation. She doesn't know how to do a split transaction and messed up my prepaid card cause she kept over charging it which left me to pay a bunch of unnecessary fees on it.
