Cute shop, but they need to have a different method for wrapping caramel apples. Came home 1 hour after getting one and the plastic wrap pulled off almost every piece of caramel. Waste of money.

A very cute and aesthetically pleasing candy shop in Disney Springs. My partner and I bought the four caramel flights and the Hades spicy milk chocolate bar. Both were fantastic. I was surprised how good the spicy jalapeño chocolate was, you didn’t take much of the jalapeño taste, which is ok because it didn’t mask the chocolate flavor, but the spice itself was very real. Definitely will be buying again. The caramel flights were some of the best caramel I have had, you could tell it was real authentic melt-in-your-mouth caramel. The staff were amazing and you could tell they enjoyed working there. They were all very pleasant. There was a group of kids in front of us and the staff did a good job playing out that the “witch just made the candy apples”, which I thought was cute and great advertising.

We have to stop by everytime we are in Disney Spring, to see what is new. Plus watch the candy apples being made.

Disney's Candy Cauldron at Disney Springs is a sweet lover's paradise, offering a variety of delicious treats and confections. The store's whimsical, witch-themed decor adds to the enchanting experience, making it a fun stop for all ages. From freshly made caramel apples to gourmet chocolates and classic candies, there's something to satisfy every craving. I have tried many different treats from this location over the years. It has been a staple since the when the area was Downtown Disney. This past time though, I was a bit disappointed in what I purchased. Disney has made a new variation of the Mickey Ice Cream Sandwich. In this version, it is two chocolate Mickey cookies with Mint Chocolate Chip buttercream frosting in between them. I’ve been waiting weeks to try them because they were out last time. Disney even made a merch line that goes along with it. Well, it tasted like plastic and the worst fake mint. I had my best friend try it as well to make sure it wasn’t just me and she had to spit it out. Maybe I got a bad batch. But, the other treats I’ve had have all been delicious. However, be prepared for crowds, especially during peak times, which can make browsing a bit hectic due to the store being quite small. Despite this, the friendly staff and delightful array of sweets make Disney's Candy Cauldron a must-visit for a tasty treat.
Parking: Three parking garages are available at Disney Springs. There is the Orange, Lime, and Grapefruit Garage. The closest one to Candy Cauldron is the Orange Garage.
Kid-friendliness: Kids and adults that are kids at heart will love this location. Everyone loves some type of sweet treat and this is a great spot for one!
Wheelchair accessibility: This location is fully wheelchair accessible.

Your representative in the front named Maria is extremely rude and aggressive. We were counting our coins to pay and she became aggressive, when we told her to hold on she told us to “take it easy” when it’s her who needed to take it easy and provide great customer service. My family is here from another country and I was excited to show them Disney springs and how great and friendly the workers here are, instead, this lady assisted us with her rudeness. Please, if you can’t work customer service and be kind to tourist or just customers in general, get a job that doesn’t require work with public. Not coming back here again.

We walked in with our daughter and they greeted us with smiles and talked with our daughter about her Disney trip. They gave us extra chocolate covered strawberries when we only ordered one. They gave our daughter a sample of a slushie and gave my wife a “celebrating Mother’s Day” Disney pin! So magical for our family.

$13 for a candy apple? Yep. But, maybe worth it as you can possibly split it 4 ways.

Tiny candy shop. Sometimes, it’s a tight fit with all the other customers in line. The caramel apples are good here. Prices are a little high, but that’s Disney for you.
Parking: Lots of free parking in the parking garages at Disney springs. Some places are a bit of a walk from the parking structures.
Kid-friendliness: Not a lot of room in the shop for a stroller.

Walking it just didn’t feel the cleanest it could be, unless you are really craving something sweet it’s not worth the price for the decorative candy apple. When receiving it, it just felt like they grabbed it from a box in the back. It didn’t give me that home made feeling like other candy stores do it just wasn’t worth the price. It’s just for show. The apple tastes good it’s just not worth the price.

Prepackaged caramel apples are a huge drop in quality from when they used to make them on site. Extremely thin layer of caramel and basically the same as any grocery store sells.
