“0” if I could. Whichever dude is working the after 10:00p shift either needs additional support at the desk or a lesson in hospitality. Very rude, rushed and condescending. Why work in this line of business in the first place if at minimum you lack the ability to translate information ?! First/Last time staying here. The valet/ housekeeping staff were the most welcoming.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST HOTEL TO STAY AT!!!! My friend and I went to Orlando to see the best Queen Nicki Minaj ?? and the service was so amazing. They had the hotel all ready for the Barbz! I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so great and kind! I will always go back! 100/10 The shuttle drivers were also great!!!

Overall great building and accommodations! restaurant hotel staff is very pleasant and welcoming despite the place was packed and it took them a lot of time taking care of customers, next morning however i ask for late check out when we were going to take showers there was no water! they apparently turn off the water supply from 11:00 to 3:00 for ‘’remodeling purposes” and they did not let us know in advance! they just apologized and did not resolve the matter! very disappointed and frustrating thus we are a family with a baby and a 6 year old !

Nice hotel ,clean and the staff very helpful and nice but I didn't like being charged for parking and WiFi and when I did the reservation I paid for breakfast but when I got there they said it wasn't includedRooms: Nice rooms and cleanNearby activities: It's on downtown there's no too much to do around there

Not making this up:Tissue still in the toilet when I checked in.Ants crawling on the counter next to the coffee.Phone didn't work when I called to complain about the ants.Front desk unbothered that a room had ants.

We were in a handicap room one side the bed must have been broken cuz if you sat on it it fell almost thought the baby's going to flip over on top of you on the in the shower walking shower the water would not get hot only lukewarm and I don't know if it's something wrong with the drain but it was flood the

Noteworthy details: Provided shuttle service to and from the concert at Kia Center. Was not told about needing to pay for parking until we arrived. There are restaurants within walking distance, but you have to cross several highways. Breakfast was available, but a bit expensive. Hope to receive the two complementary bottles of wine soon: would have been nice to receive while we were there.

By the time I was there, they were having a renovation, and waiting for an empty elevator to move up and down was terrible, but other than that, everything was ok.

One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, valet treated me like dirt the second I arrived harassing me and my group about parking and having to pay when I haven’t even checked in yet. I knew from the second he gave me attitude this hotel wasn’t going to be good. The amount of money you spend to just park your car or use valet here is ridiculous, why are they charging me to park my car how else would I have gotten here how else will I travel around orlando I will never understand and you have no other option so you’re basically forced to pay. There’s no free coffee, I repeat, no free coffee. I don’t think i’ve ever stayed in a hotel with no free coffee. There’s barely a breakfast selection but who can have coffee without breakfast? The first night we were missing body wash and shampoo. The room had an inaccessible porch area that would have made this hotel somewhat bearable but it’s locked and you can’t access it. Just sad really. To top it all off they only have two functioning elevators so we have to wait 30 minutes to get into our room every time. This place does not care about its guests but at least the room was clean.Noteworthy details: literally right next to the salvation army and there’s a bunch of homeless people sleeping right outside of it on the street.

Today I checked in with a new worker who failed to ask for proper help prior to charging my card and I was doubled charged after being told I’d only be charged $50 for the deposit they instead charged me $346.95 which took away from my kids current trip money stating it was returned and would take 3-5 business days when it took 3 seconds to take off my unauthorized card. I am very unhappy with this business and will no longer be staying with IHG. I don’t have time to wait for my refunds when I’m on vacation!!!!!!!!! PLEASE CONFIRM ALL RATES PRIOR TO BOOKING WITH A MANAGER NOT A FRONT DESK WORKER
