I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company! I was referred to craters via old dominion shipping as I had a family heirloom dresser I needed crated and shipped from Florida to Hawaii. Kimberly Brown was who answered the phone and was so professional and patient with me and all my concerns and questions. We scheduled pick up (the two guys who picked up the dresser were so kind and careful it was a great to see such care). Overall an amazing experience from an organization who truly understands customer service, provides a great and affordable product and was a pleasure to work with. Please support companies like these who truly value your business !!!!

Amazing service, very professional and friendly staff.
