Prices are great. Service is awesome. Quality is excellent.
I moved to the area two years ago, I’ve tried other nail salons nearby and was disappointed.
I’ve been coming here for the past few months, for pedicures and I have not once been disappointed or unimpressed. I don’t go to a specific nail tech. Every nail tech so far has been great.
Cleanliness: Always clean.

I got a pedicure at this place and it was not only overpriced but a complete rip-off. The "technician" scrubbed my feet so hard that I ended up with scratches on my calves. It seems like these supposed "professionals" are just using paying customers as guinea pigs to practice on. And to top it off, they can't even keep track of the appointments their clients make. What a joke.

I showed up on June 14 2024 ready to get my nails done, only to be told the tech was fully booked. Fine, I settled for a pedicure instead and even drove 45 minutes to get there. They then scheduled me for 13:00 the next day. So here I am, on time, after another 45 minute drive, only to be told they gave my slot away because I didn't confirm. What a joke of a salon. I guess people are willing to put up with terrible service as long as they have an appointment. Disgraceful.

On a family vacation in Orlando last week and wanted to treat my mom to a mani pedi. I called and they were available to take us both right away which was great. The salon and bathroom were clean. No music playing but maybe because it was morning. The workers are professional not friendly, I like to chat a little with my nail tech. Even though mine spoke good English she was very dismissive anytime I tried to stir up a conversation. My mom and I were seated next to one another during our pedicures but unfortunately they separated us for nails which kinda sucked. My mom even commented on the fact that I was so far away but her nail tech ignored her. We both got gel mani pedis and typically I am asked to wash my hands after the nails have been filed. This did not happen which I thought was strange. I guess she forgot because my mom's tech had her wash her hands. I loved the color selection. Sadly my nails are chipping already and I don't dishes lol. Prices are same as LA $170 for 2 mani pedis

I was a walk-in apt. Very friendly vibe I had J who did my nails he did such a great job on my pedicure - I chose the hot stone pedicure. They do very well on their sanitation and cleanliness . If I ever come back to Orlando I'll make sure to book with Ceci Nail Lounge. Till next time friends

I tried this place 3-4 times because it is so close to my house, but I’m afraid I won’t be going anymore. Every time I schedule an appointment, I wait at least 30 minutes before they start helping me. When I am finally helped, it is never with the nail tech I requested. Last time I went (5/30/24) it took almost an hour before my pedicure started. Super frustrated because I’ve never had service like that before at a nail salon! Still gave 2 starts because when they do help you, they are very nice and do a decent job. Wish timing could be improved because I’d definitely be a biweekly regular if that was the case.

I'm from out of town and went as a walk-in for a pedicure. I was greeted right away and was able to choose any of the available seats. The massage chairs were super comfortable, very big, and had many settings to choose from. I was serviced within a couple minutes and I loved the lady I was matched with. I don't know her name, but she was super sweet and I'm glad I had her. I did the Voesh Spa pedicure with a gel polish add-on for $69 total, definitely pricey but I'm used to it since I'm from the SF Bay Area. Highly recommend coming here cause if I live here then Ceci's would be my go-to!

So happy to have found Billy at Ceci Nail Lounge! He is always so detailed and makes sure my nails come out exactly how I wanted. He is very talented with designs and shaping my nails perfectly. They have every color ever and everyone is very sweet. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going here for at least two years but today will be my last time as I left feeling completely ROBBED. $20 just to upgrade for gel is absolutely insane and completely robbing people when they pay less than a third for the bottle itself. I understand inflation and blah blah but that is completely outrageous. The pedicure itself is 49 and my cuticles weren’t even cut.

Been coming here for years and everyone who works here is so talented!!! I always see Mia and she always gets me right but it feels like everyone can replicate any picture you show them and they're all so friendly. You can't go wrong with Ceci's<33

Out of town-er here! They did a great job on my nails! I needed a new full set and their gel color selection is wonderful! They have OPI, DND, and more! They have phone stands and stylists for your phone while you're having your nails done! Lovely work and lovely atmosphere!

This is my second time here. Whenever I come to Orlando I'll make sure to always come to Ceci's for my nails. I showed Ann a pic of what I wanted and that I wanted it in green. We decided on these shades of green and the final result came out beautifully. Love it so much. I will be talking with my hands for the next 3 weeks
