Worst 7 Eleven I've ever been to. The restroom was disgusting!!! Pee on the toilet paper! Guy gave me a new roll and said take it to the front when I was done. The dude at the checkout was talking on the phone and just so unwelcoming. They need restock badly. Just gross. That toilet was HORRIBL. NO SOAP IN DISPENSER

i ordered a pizza at 3amish, it came raw, looked like they thru it in for 2 minutes and boxed it up. tried to call the 7eleven and got the voicemail and called a couple of more times and got sent straight to voicemail.

Retailer stole my lottery ticket after it said winner, gave me a fake one. Tried to call manager after I realized when I got home, they kept hanging up the phone. Extremely disappointed, do not go inside there

If I could put zero Stars I would!! It's not like I wasn't a paying customer about to buy gas cigarettes they still wouldn't let me get some soap from the bathroom to wash my hands. This is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to! And to think of the fact that both bathrooms have broken sinks is beyond me the dumbest lie that can come up with all while they're smiling and laughing and chuckling about it. I did not find it funny I thought we were trying to be clean and washed her hands and and and and and and and keep you know diseases in Germans and everything else down yet this 7-Eleven wouldn't even let me wash my hands so screw that I'm going to go across the street to the racetrack where they don't have a problem with people using the bathroom in washing their hands!! Don't go to this 7-Eleven the story is worthless it doesn't need to be in business anymore this store needs to go bye bye and they need to put up a racetrack or a Wawa right here. Because the people that are running this 7-Eleven now are not with America or for America because I mean come on who in the right mind is going to put out of order on both bathrooms and begin to say that they both have broken sinks!!

I wouldn’t go to this 7-11 , they are profilers.I was trespass for no reason after coming here for months unbothered. The peacock man is annoying with his loud voice , and the old white man just be up for no reason . The young dude is weird too. It’s plenty of other 7-11s around and another stations . I feel sorry for them there old man working nicks at night. Oh yeah it was 3am when they called the cops while i was trying to pay for my food , I didn’t know it was lawful to trespass a customer for no reason at all. O well bigger, better as always.

I went in to purchase scratch off tickets and cash some and short fat Spanish guy with glasses robbed me of 10$ I gave him a 50x ticket with 15$ value and he gave me 5$ back!!!! hope he gets shot in the face,or beat tf up he's real nasty to anyone who's not spanish hope he dies in a vehicle manslaughter or something get him tf outta there

I run 10 million dollar a year restaurants and I know customer service your late night worker Charlie is the only reason for my month visit here in Orlando that I'll be only going to the store when he's working he is very smart I would hire him on the drop of a dime

On October 9 2023 at 2:02 AM I came into the 7-Eleven on lunch break with three other coworkers only to get a hot dog that I was told. I should have never touch when the hotdogs are open for the public to get and prepare themselves only to realize there was no ketchup and mustard gave the hotdog to employee of 7-Eleven by the name of Charlie and was told no you have to take it back and you have to pay for it. Somebody has to pay for it for you because you have already put your hands on it, as I explained to him that there was no ketchup or mustard he told me he did not care if I did not have the money I have to get somebody to pay for it like I was a bomb off the street. I was so humiliated in front of my friends from work. I have never in my life been treated like this walking into a 7-Eleven where I am paying customer. He went back-and-forth arguing with me as I try to explain that they should have a sign on the hotdogs saying there was no ketchup and mustard, because what’s a hotdog without ketchup and mustard as I am trying to explain this to him he started speaking in Spanish to My Coworker to the point she was just like he’s always like this to avoid any confrontation she just paid for the hot dog for herself. I continued and paid for my items that I purchase and he stated as though I didn’t have money I work hard every day work for a multi million dollar company. And if this is the reputation that 7-Eleven has in their stores, I will never answer this store again this guy Charlie was so rude and disrespectful. I don’t understand why he’s still working there and as I see from other reviews. Charlie has always been disrespectful at this point. I’m going to see if anything happens behind this because this is not the way you treat a paying customer whatsoever. I have never experienced this ever in a 7-Eleven. Very bad representation Charlie.

I wish I could give them a 0 star!!!! Spanish guy I believe Charlie started arguing with my pregnant wife because she accidentally left the bathroom door open and someone else came to use it!!! Mind you she’s pregnant!!! Lazy self stated he did not want no one to dirty the bathroom because he was about to clock out ???!! I hope this guy gets checked ……..

I had ordered a fountain big gulp, 2 bottled diet cokes, 2 pieces of pizza (in one tray) and 2 oatmeal cookies (both in a bag sealed). I was charged for the pizza and cookie per item and not package. Don’t think I’ll be buying food here ever again!
