I go to this Walmart all the time, it’s my local Walmart. This most recent visit has been if anything unpleasant. I was followed around the store by a man in a yellow flannel with gray and black panels on it, and I assume he’s part of asset protection, and if so, he needs to do a better job. I noticed him as soon as he started following me, and then in the baby clothing section, he walked up to me, and tried to accuse me of stealing their merchandise. Later I found out that it appears that he may be targeting young women. He followed another one of my friends around the store a little over the year ago, sprinting after her and got into a verbal altercation with her boyfriend. This form of “asset protection” has simply gone too far. I feared for my safety when I noticed a grown man was following me and my friends boyfriend feared for her safety because of the same man and action. Do better Walmart.

Your delivery system is awful. Your GPS system takes your drivers to the house across the street from mine. Your drivers don’t know how to read notes or read the address on the items being delivered. My notes have detailed instructions to find my house but yet some of your drivers still deliver my items across the street. It’s not that difficult.

November 1st I had hip surgery and ordered online grocery delivery TWICE with issues. Yes my fault because I trusted them twice. First order all of my food items were “not delivered” but said they were and today’s order was delivered to who knows who house but wasn’t mine. I am currently 57 minutes on hold. Someone please help this disabled person get food to her house. This is totally unacceptable. Called the store only to get routed to this endless wait time

I really appreciate that work to keep items in stocks. If you bring a deficiency to their attention they do not hesitate to fix it and often on the return visit the deficiency has been addressed.

It's good enough inside, you just cannot order too much online as half your order will get substituted or not ordered at all in some cases, but you can go inside the store and those same items will be available. So I don't understand why the shoppers won't go in the back of the store where I know the items are, even if they are currently not stocked on a shelf.This just means I'm shopping more at publix or bulk shopping further away at BJ's. If they would get their online delivery under control, it would be a 5 stars.

You can't go wrong with Walmart. They always have everything you want. I can even use my United Medicare card there to get supplies for myself. Medication like aspirin and stuff like that. Even stuff like boost and energy drinks. I'm not a diabetic but I still drink that stuff. That place is my go-to I can get makeup there. I can get pet supplies there. I can get food. I'm a chef and I buy all my stuff there to make my gourmet cheesecakes. I love Walmart and these customer services impeccable which is very hard to find these days

Great I love the eye vision center Dr. Domingo was excellent and Mrs Lucy was great and helpful with glasses Great personality. First time visit was great!! Way better than Eye Lab!! THEY TAKE THEIR TIME IN EXAMING YOUR EYES AND ASK YOU QUESTIONS AND EXPLAIN THINGS TO YOU CLEARLY . THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR VISION. AND WANT YOU SATISFIED IN WHAT YOU WEAR.

The absolute worst with online ordering. We had a slot for 2-3 pm to have our groceries delivered. Around 4:30 (1 1/2 hour late) I call to ask about an ETA and no one answered the phone, but this one spanish lady (very nice and tried to help) who would transfer us to the online order folks and NO ONE picked up the phone. Finally someone calls me and says they're short staffed, which I completely understand. Just wanted some form of communication. So we were told at 5:05 that it would be to our house around 25 min. Call again at 6 and someone picks up the phone to tell me they're checked in and it'll be a few more minutes they guess with a nonchalant attitude. This is not the first time either. Terrible customer service. Won't be doing anymore online orders with this terrible store.

Have no complaints about this Walmart. Has what I want and is clean, quick to checkout, and in a good location next to other things.

Store was stocked but trying to cash out was a joke. I despise self checkout but all the manned registers had customers who were purchasing a lot so we did self checkout. During checkout we accidentally double scanned something and it took so long for an employee to come assist us, we were collecting our stuff to move to another register when she finally headed our way. If you trust me enough to scan my own stuff you should trust me enough to remove a double scan and provide a discount for doing your job.

A very pleasant experience shopping here at 6:30 AM on a Saturday morning. WM employees were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked, not too crowded. I usually alternate between Publix and here. Was very impressed. Somebody (management?) is doing something right!

I just moved here and this Walmart is huge and much bigger than the one I'm used to but the employees are very helpful and nice and respectful highly recommend. Do you want to point out self check-out or any register has a limit on items usually around 198 and then you have to cash out if you have more items and then start all over. But it's understandable though.

Fleming Island location is a great store! I have been going there for years and didn’t always feel this way! The store used to be kind of yucky. In the last 8 months or so it has turned around! When you walk in that store you WILL see Di’Ante Alexander. He will either be helping a customer, sweeping/mopping, washing windows, scrubbing bathrooms, or cleaning the dairy area. That man is the hardest working person in that store and does it all with a smile!

Items aren't in the right place according to the app. Called for help 3 times in home goods. Poor customer service. Poor management. CSM hit the wrong button during age verification for gas treatment, in the self checkout lane, then told me I'd have to ring up my items on a seperate purchase... i walked out with out purchasing anything. Don't go here unless you ejoy wasting your time! Too bad there isn't a 0-stars selection on Google.
