Today I went to provide ID to the pharmacy clerk and didn't have my license on me and asked if they were able to except a second form of government issued picture ID instead. The clerk said she didn't think they could but would ask the pharmacist just to make sure. Unlike the clerk the pharmacist was very short and speaking in a condescending tone. I have no issues with the words she chose but instead the shortness and tone in which she chose. Which is also the same condescending tone she was speaking to another employee about the issue when I returned with my license approximately 10 minutes later

Dr. De'Netta Harris is the best that I've experienced at this Walgreens location. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service and care, thank you Dr. Harris you're a great asset for the company of Walgreens Pharmacy

They always give me a time but have my medication done early. They offer vaccines too. The pharmacist at blanding in Orange Park is so kind and helpful.

The pharmacist should be fired! Went in this evening to pickup multiple prescriptions. I was told to come back at 745pm. Arrived at 745pm my prescriptions totaled just over $200!!! I said I know the other location has a discount card on file for me, the girl that rung up my order said you'd have to provide us that. Then she found one on file and the total was still over $180. I looked up another discount and showed her, she said you can't use it now I already rung you up. I said can I return the items and redo my order....she said no. The pharmacist interviened and said you can return it but then you can't have your prescriptions tonight because we only have 10 minutes till we close. Sent me out in severe pain without one care. Absolutely horrible treatment. I'm allowed to go back tomorrow and get my prescriptions at 915 am like a child....I'm being punished for returning my items and using a discount coupon. My bill went from $200 to $80. These people have zero compassion. Smh the pharmacist should be fired and my review will not end here. I will definitely file a formal complaint. Absolutely disgraceful treatment.

The pharmacy has all of a sudden been severely delaying my regular prescriptions and it seems to be due to an issue with the app. If I need to call the pharmacy to place the order, then the app shouldn't be confirming my order and showing it as "in progress" for several days if not weeks. On top of that, I don't really need to be talked down to in a way that's condescending and rude when I call to ask questions about this. They act like I should just know what's going on when this has never been an issue in the past. There's just no reason to be rude. I try to explain the problem or explain that the order was placed in the app and they get annoyed and say the order was never received. Finally just gonna switch to a different pharmacy.

My one star today has to do with the smell that was in the store today. It was so overwhelming cinnamon and perfume. I think it may have been a new filter or something. Now this may not seem like a silly reason to complain to some but please keep in mind many people are sensitive to those types of smells and can cause headaches, nausea etc. I’m all for a good smelling store but that was way to much and my husband actually had to leave the store because it was so overwhelming

I wish I could give no stars - went into the store tonight to pick up some pictures and two employees ( ladies ) didn’t even acknowledge me. One of them proceeded to change out the cash drawer directly in front of me and didn’t say a word. The other lady walked by to clock out, I said oh are you coming to help me , and she said no, she will help you in a few. After waiting about 5 minutes another employee ( Jack ) was so helpful. He stopped vacuuming to come help me … the other ladies need to find another job … customer service isn’t the one for them. ( no customers were in the store, it was super slow ).

Guess they changed their weekend hours. They didn't bother to post the change to alert their customers. I come every sat at 8am. They didn't even bother to change the hours in the window.

Unprofessional to be mild. It's rediculas that because you take a medication that is widely abused by other you are looked at as part of that process.I will be filing a complaint with the department of business and professional regulations as well as seeking to file a complaint with what ever governing body there is for health care workers / service providers

I just don't understand why it takes so long to get a prescription. I understand taking people in order, but 2 hours for an "urgent" need med seems a bit much. Especially when they have all your information already in the system. Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy company my insurance allows or I would transfer elsewhere. As others have stated sometimes the employees can be quite rude as well. It's unfortunate because many times someone there is only there because they're not well and a little kindness goes a long way.

I always get lost in all the goodies! The stores are always nicely merchandised clean well lit and the staff are friendly
