I just went in to return an Amazon package. Attendant took my item, scanned my QR code and I was done. Have had box here over 8 years never a bad experience

This place is convenient for location but the Chinese girl that work there is very rude and have a bad body language also never look happy. Please change your employees that is not good for your business

Saturday 10 of September, 2023. Around 4:00 pmThe clerck got mad of me because I brought an Amazon package for return. The label Amazon provided to me got the wrong pounds according to the clerk. Instead of giving me bad attitude, this unprofessional UPS employee should've call Amazon and suggest them to use FedEx next time for their returns.

Arrived prior to closing to ship and was told by the clerk that he "had already shut off his computer." Instead of helping me get my package sent out, he proceeds to start closing up. If you dont want to work on a Saturday, I get that, but why open your shop if you're not going to abide by YOUR OWN WORKING HOURS? What a waste of my time and terrible customer service!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!I asked the Asian lady that works there can she print out a label for me and she charged me $2.90 UNBELIEVABLE! Later on I went to another UPS store located at 10950-60 San Jose Blvd, Jax FL 32223 and they didn’t charge me anything to print a label. That’s how you treat a customer. THUMBS UP ? to them and THUMBS DOWN ? to this Orange Park location. One star is too much for them. I’m NEVER going there again and I don’t recommend them at all.

Total racket. They say they cannot use the barcode to return items but are happy to charge you to print out a label to send them back horrible customer service I will never go back there.

I’m a customer service employee and I don’t appreciate employees attitudes… as a customer service employee you need to be careful on how you look and speak to people ☺️ nobody is perfect ??

This is the best UPS store around. Knowledgeable & quick. They actually answered their phone & opened their business a few minutes early- which is the key to customer service.

Friendly staff. Go here for everything from shipping, to buying staffs and for Amazon returns. They are prompt and extremely efficient.

This place will definitely ship anything. Sometimes they throw a sticker on the plastic package of the item you wanted shipped rather than a box. It's concerning but they are efficient.

I had a photo boxed from Fed ex and wanted to sent it elsewhere and they said they had to rebox it for $39 and charge another $52 to ship it. I was able to ship through USPS for a 3 day arrival for $29 packaged as is. Overpriced and charging for unnecessary packaging.
