Never have I ever been told Starbucks Company Standards are to turn a customer away vs making them a beverage that the store has all the ingredients for.Wed Jan 30, I entered the drive thru at the Park Ave location, ordered a Venti Peach Tranquility tea and was told there was no longer a “button” for it. I giggled and replied I need a citrus mint tea with 2 bags of peach and no mint! I was then told by the young man that they wouldn’t so that, then another person interdicted herself as B comes over the speaker and states it is”STARBUCKS STANDARD AND THE COMPANY WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO MAKE A PEACH TRANQUILITY, followed by Have A Good Day!”I have now driven 3.3miles to the next Starbucks and have my Peach Tea in hand!?Very disappointed that I can order my coffee a million different ways but can’t order a tea the way I prefer it. Not to mention I wasn’t even given the opportunity to order something else, let alone the rest of my order!Thank you to Starbucks on Blanding for actually accommodating me and making air not just my tea but the rest of my order was perfect!

Beautiful store. I love the wood and industrial feeling of the store, but the lounge/eating area is a bit bleak. Employees are super friendly and helpful.

The only reason it is 4 stars and 5 stars on everything else is bc of the guy Chris at the window or it would be less, he literally stands there while waiting for the coffees to be made he does awkward small talk and takes orders while the people who are supposed to be making them are just talking away taking there time for drive thru… bless chris’ heart so sweet! He had to try and do what he had to till the ones making the coffee finished there convo first then finally finish making the coffees.. Why not chit chat after drinks are made and get the drive thru taken care of! I just wanted to scream in the window stop talking and finish making my damn coffee.. I come here almost every morning and never had to sit at that window as long as I did for two coffees that were basically the same only one hot and one cold and yet it took way longer than it had too!!!!

I forgot that I promised myself i wouldn't come back to this location ever again. Stopped in and I'm still waiting for 3 coffees. I assumed 30 minutes was enough time - I was wrong. Disorganized, They have no hustle , just do whatever. Sandwich is cold. -10 out of 10.

When I walked in everyone was nice and greeted me. That was the only good thing about my visit. I waited almost 20 minutes for a doordash order. I watched people come in after me and receive their order within a minute or two. There were at least six people working, all looked at me at some point but didn't bother to ask if I had been helped or needed anything. I understand they get busy but that was ridiculous and should have been handled differently.

Everytime I get a coffee there is always coffee grounds at the bottom. Not the first time either, it's happened multiple times. If I could post the picture with all the coffee grounds I would.

The store has always had a nice ambiance when we've gone inside. The service is almost always wonderful, we all have our days right? We have never had any issues with the food that they haven't resolved. We actually drive from Fleming island to this one because we have such issues with the one in Fleming island with the timeframe it takes. They don't mess around here and get people through as quickly as possible. If there is an ever an issue they work hard to rectify it. It's a convenient location if you're heading towards 295, the only downside is the parking design because when there is a line it's way too congested.

Andrew is all I can say!!! Greeted me coming in the store and going out. Coffee was the best today than any other time I have been here. I normally go through drive through but decided to take a walk inside. I will come inside more often. Thank you Andrew for your kind and fun personality and great work ethics.Thank you for remembering my name throughout the customer service.
