Got an oil change for $130+ for a 2020 Chevy Suburban. They could not accommodate a tire rotation due to a lack of lifting ability for the weight of our vehicle.

I brought in my Cadillac. Escalade to the shop for an oil change and the fellas at the shop ran a complete diagnostic on my car And found my misfire issue. Matt and Andy were extremely knowledgeable and professional.Concerning the repairs needed to fix my car. I am leary about letting people work on my vehicles. But I will definitely be using them again They were fair with the pricing and made my car run like brand new I am very pleased with the outcome

EVERY staff member I interacted with was personable, professional and very knowledgeable! The gentleman gave me an online coupon code to apply to my oil change, informed me of issues with my car but did NOT pressure me to buy more services. Excellent service, great prices!

Went to this location because the jiffy lube I go to in Fleming Island did not have my filter. They were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They also gave me options within my budget which I appreciated.

Avoid this location if possible. They will lie to you and tell you that you need a air filter when it’s still good replace it and charge you $42 for it. Also they will give you no options but synthetic oil when you need oil change leaving you stuck with a $165 bill for a oil change and air filter you didn’t need. They also don’t have a phone that works. They took advantage of a young college student on this oil change. Avoid if possible. They failed to tell you that they have coupons online to save you instead they want every cent they can get out of you.

The prices are the highest around. With a coupon 82 dollars for just an oil change and no inspection. It was not quick ether it took an hr and a half just sitting in the heat with the car off.

Andy and Chris are awesome!!! I googled them when at work after having a horrible experience with my tire. The previous tire shop not only pumped too much pressure into my tires but left my hub cap half way off. When I arrived they immediately pointed it out as well as made sure the problem was pointed out. They’ve been great with putting on my tag light and they even cleaned my headlights. They have been helping me fix up the little wear and tears on my car. They are totally amazing and trustworthy.

Chris, Matt, and James made the process of getting an oil change quick and easy. They were efficient and completed the work in a pleasant and professional manner.
