My wife went with my son to get PS4 VR controllers and other games. The games were paid for by credit but when it came to the controllers they were told that they have to order them. My wife said okay and paid cash. Well a week later no controllers, no emails, no nothing. So she called and they said there was no order and they see no transaction. Well after more phone calls and 90 minutes on the phone they said they saw the money transaction but nothing was ordered because they don’t sell them. Well, then where did my money go? Sounds like stealing to me.

I was in 10 days ago and bought a brand new nintendo switch for myself. The console was defective and would not turn on, so I went out to another store and bought another one (which worked perfectly). I know Gamestop can control if a product is defective, but the receipt I got said that defective items could be returned for a refund within 30 days, but upon arriving to the store I was told that information was incorrect, and that I could not refund the item or exchange it for store credit, the only option was to exchange it for another switch. The other store did not allow returns if there was no issue with the product, so now I am stuck with two switches because Gamestop refused to honor their own terms and conditions.

We bought a "new" PS5 controller in red. The box was beaten up and when we opened it we found that it was clearly used and cleaned up. It just didn't feel right. As soon as we tried it we realized it had drift issues. We had to go to a different Gamestop and return it as defective. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Went in with my Daughter to get her a Nintendo switch and asked Shelby what was the differences between both switch devices and she took the time to explain to me what was the differences and what was better for my daughter. Shelby was very professional and helpful and I appreciate her customer support. I will definitely recommend everyone to her and will continue my business at this location. Thanks again.

Unprofessional and not upfront with honesty at all both young mens that was in the store may 7 2022 got over on my daughter with a trade in but I will be contacting corporate

A fantastic GameStop. The manager provides outstanding customer service and is very knowledgeable about products she carries in stock. Keeps the store very nice and clean and is always well stocked with items and video games.
