This shop is absolutely top notch, customer service is taken up with the upmost integrity. Dealing with some oddities on a 97 F-350 Dustin took his time diagnosing and making sure we headed in the right direction. Every ounce of communication was pleasant to say the least. Weekly update calls from Sam to keep me posted on any progress and to double check everything was being addressed. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone in need of good, honest working people. The appreciation I have for them goes far beyond this post.

Took my 2015 Tahoe on a Friday and Dustin had my transmission out, rebuilt and back on the road by the next Thursday! Great price with best/longest warranty in town. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing transmission work especially with the 6l80s!

Had my 98 Durango transmission rebuilt here almost a year ago and drives and shifts like a new car. Really good work. I plan on taking my 2007 jeep liberty there next for a rebuild. Shop is really clean and organized that says a lot about a shop.

We took our truck to Epic Powertrain in early December 2023. Our truck has close to 200K miles on it and had a loud whining noise. They told us they would check it out, found no problem with the transmission and said it did not need rebuilding (It’s good to find honest people). Based on the high mileage, we decided to have the transmission rebuilt anyway. They rebuilt the transmission (heavy duty), they fixed the whining alternator and also fixed rear main seal for the engine. They cleaned up everything underneath the truck from the oil leak. After a 1,000 mile break-in period, everything is working perfectly - no leaks. We HIGHLY recommend Epic Powertrain. Very friendly and met all our needs. Thank you Epic Powertrain.

Excellent service and excellent people. We have a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport that needed a transmission rebuild and Epic had the best deal in town. I called around to 8 different shops and nobody came close to their pricing. Sam kept a consistent line of communication and explained everything to us in great detail. They were upfront in their pricing and did not change the price on us when they discovered an additional issue. For any powertrain needs, I will continue to go to Epic and refer any family and friends to Epic Powertrain.

Took my Truck in on Tuesday and epic powertrain had my transmission pulled out, built and back in my truck by that Friday and it's better than ever. They were upfront about everything we had a rear main seal on the estimate and it wasn't leaking and looked good so they didn't replace it where most shops will do it just to make the money. I am not disappointed and they will always get my business I would recommend them to anyone.Service: Transmission

Awhile back my Father started to have some issues with the transmission in his 2016 Chevy Silverado. I called numerous companies in the area getting prices from $4,200 to almost $7,000 ?. I decided to have this company do the work on my dads truck.They we’re super kind to me and my dad with their manners. They did the job for $3,500 and did give him a 18 month warranty with their work. We were able to drop the truck off there within a few days and they had it done within a week. The truck is now working back properly like it should. Thank you for your hard work and will update @ in a few months about any issues.

The absolute best shop and customer service I’ve ever experienced.Had my wife’s transmission rebuilt by them just over a month ago but I wanted to wait and see how the rebuild held up before leaving a review.Transmission hasn’t had any issues, feels like brand new.Their shop is about an hour away from where I live and I will absolutely be making the drive anytime I need something done.Service: Transmission repair
