Terrible service all around. Wouldn't make a call to the local branch to check on a car red I had made since flights were delayed due to a crash at the airport. One call could have changed everything. They refused multiple times. All I needed to know is if someone would wait for me to pick up the car. They refused to call the Jacksonville location and only got the call center. After 7 calls they still didn't know. Then I was stuck without a car all night. Cost me hundreds of dollars more.

Very helpful. The agent recommended the least expensive solution to my transportation needs. And helped to resolve an ongoing issue with a past rental. Will definitely recommend & use Budget again.

I'm a little disappointed, I had a debit card and I will declined even though I had money on my debit card, because my credit was not good.

Had a really pleasant rental experience from this location. Very efficient and convenient, friendly staff, excellent vehicle. Highly recommend and have been pleased with service from Budget/Avis vs other rental companies.

Be warned! They will not tell you that you need a credit card over the phone! They will book your reservation and let you get up there and then if you dont have a credit card they will run your credit. If it doesnt come back and you have already paid they will make you pay a cancelation fee! You will lose your money except for a few dollars! Luckily we had a secured credit card but we lost a day trying to get this right. Also your call will be routed to india if you are trying to see how you can get more of your money back and to inform them of misinformation. I did rent the car the next day because there was a extreme issue in another state. The car was nice!

Hi. I had a reservation with Budget Jax Intl today. It was the worst experience ever. Not once but twice I was given a car that someone else was also given. Same number, same car. The third time I was given a car and when I walked to it-- it had a donut on for a spare tire. By the time I was given the fourth car (success) it was over two hours after my flight landed. Honestly, I am not sure they even know which car I have at this point.

I had a very pleasant experience with budget, i didnt know i needed a credit card for a deposit or they would run my credit. I was helped by a great employee at the mall named Quita. She made a suggestion and it helped with my situation. She was very polite and informative. I got a Toyota Camry nice clean car. My overall experience was good

We had a tough situation and lack of ability to talk to a human about it kept us frustrated and anxious. Finally when we were able to get to the rental location, the person was absolutely wonderful, putting our minds at ease and showing full understanding and support in regard to our circumstances. That person brought us from a "zero to one star" mindset to a four. If Budget would make a human problem solver available after office hours, that review would move to a 5.

Tried to rent a car online but you can't even go through the process of choosing a vehicle to see your price without entering a member number- that means registering with them and linking your credit card. No, you are not getting my credit card # before we have even agreed on anything or even do I know what your rates are, do you offer military discounts, what are your terms?I tried to sign up through Amazon prime- that should have been sufficient to grant access to your dabatabase.
