This was my first time coming here and I must say .. this place is really awesome. It’s hard to miss this place because it’s in a small plaza but please consider coming here. Staff was awesome and very friendly and the girl who did my nails was very nice and so sweet. She did a phenomenal job on my nails and honestly this is the best my nails has ever looked!! I will be returning. She did so good I gave her a big tip because it was well deserved.

They don’t care about appointments or loyal customers. They will take walk in first when you made your appointment 5 days ago. Just lost a customer.

Been coming here for 2 years and have received amazing service. Today there was a gentleman by the name of Jay who was an absolute unprofessional a-hole. Trying to nickel and dime the entire nail fill. Charging 5 dollars to cut cuticles and getting pissed when I told him no thank you and that Emily usually does it while she is cutting my nails. He got upset grabbed my phone and placed it on the table next to Emily's table and said she could do my nails instead. He already started with my nails and this is how he left it. Definitely not coming again after coming faithfully for the past 2 years

Cindy is great. She is so gentle and does a great job. I recommend calling for an apt or you could be waiting a while. I like that they are open both Sat and Sundays so I have options on my only 2 days off

Usually this place does a good job, but there is a guy worker who did a terrible job on my girlfriends nails. I’m not sure if it’s fungi, or what kind of amoeba is growing under his disgusting nails. He can’t even care for his own nails. Yet he does others baffles me. He did the completely wrong design from what she requested, and messed up multiple times to the point where she had to fix a nail herself while he was working on another. And had an attitude. If you go here to get your nails done, and you see this cretin please request for someone else. He will give you a multitude of parasites from his Tarzan nails, and leave your nails looking like a busted up sidewalk.Service: Nail designs

Guy here did my nails, did a horrible job. Seems new too. Cut me multiple times and didn’t listen. Wrong design too. Call Ulta and get this clown a new job. This place usually is a 5/5!Service: Acrylic nails

Terrible experience! They did a manicure for my friend, she asked for a nude color and when they lady brought the nail polish and my friend explained that's not what she wanted she still insisted that after a second coat it would look good (it didn't), she also asked for the nails to be filed more but the job didn't look good. After explaining that the lady rudely grabbed her hand and clipped her nails to look like in the pictures.

Horrible place. People were rude and unprofessional. My mom shared her story with me "they left my friend's nails like that and refused to not charge her or fix her nails. We left angry (I paid for my service) but my friend decided to walk away. They charged my card instead (even though it was separate check and it was specifically said that it was not a joint check)" I later called and the person was really rude through the phone.

My daughter and I made an appointment with you, so we could get our pedicures at the same time. When we got there they took us both back and in a little while someone started on me. Halfway thru mine they still hadn't started on my daughters to find out that the girl was going to do hers next. That alone was unexceptable. Then I was told that walk ins come first and appt people just have to wait. Something seems very strange. All my life that is how you don't have to wait is to make appt. They knew we would be there, in fact we were even 10 min eRly
