They were very nice to me, however the quality of the work was not up to par. I got SNS on natural nails and they started chipping 2-3 days in (I work from home so there is no reason they should be chipping that fast). I went on Wednesday and I am writing this on Sunday Evening. The photo attached is my nails now. I also got a pedi and she kept cutting my nails to the point I had to tell her it was enough. Nice and kind but low quality work and experience.

A little while ago, I finally found my "go to" for a little pamper me time. Been visiting for a little under a year if not more. Services include dip powder, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. Well, that's over!!! Last few visits started to decline. It's ok for me to wait, but for heaven's sake I better not call to say I'm running behind schedule. Instead of soaking my nails to remove the dip powder, they're ripped off. There's one individual "Mary" who is bad for this business. She sits and gossips while working or not. I'm sure she's going to have a field day reading this review. During my absolute last visit, she seemed to be enjoying previous reviews left by unhappy customers. I couldn't believe the owner-boss didn't have a problem with such negative behavior in front of customers. I'm noticing many merchants no longer care about offering great customer service, but are expecting top notch gratuity.

Horrible service. The tech cut me with the tools. He was completely incompetent. Used a pink based acrylic to repair a French tip set and the original set was clear...told me it would change at the end. It didn't. Refused to fix it and proceeded to talk about negatively In Chinese. So unprofessional and rude will never come back. Don't waste your time.

A while ago I forgot me AirTag at this nail place, I called and they told me it was there, I told them I was gonna pick it up and when I went they said that it wasn’t there, that another worker had it and he was on “vacation” my question is, if a person forget an item, they should be honest and keep it at the same placeI went to looked on my phone trying to locate my AirTag and it show that is in a house. These people should be honest, specially if they told me they had it. ??♀️ please don’t forget anything at this place because you’ll not getting it back.

This is the worst gel pedicure I’ve ever received! I had this mixed up with another salon with a 4.8 rating. Where to begin… The paraffin he applied to my feet was taken off before it dried. He did not remove all of the dead skin around my cuticles or on the soles of my feet. The polish was not completely applied to my nails; both sides of my nails were left bare. When I pointed it out to him, he said it was “just skin” and proceeded to file off even MORE of the nail polish. At the same time, he painted over the cuticles on some of my toes. He left a piece of lint on my big toenail that he just polished over. The nails themselves were unevenly filed. I didn’t notice these mistakes until I was outside in the sunlight. Unfortunately, I could not go back into the salon to have the gel pedicure redone, as I had company at home who were waiting for me to join them for dinner. I will NEVER go back to this place, and you shouldn’t go there, either.I’m going back to doing my own pedicures. I’m tired of these Asian places whose employees don’t speak English and who rush clients through the procedure(s) and overcharge them for sloppy work.Services: Polish removal
