Absolute worst customer service! I purchased a phone last month for my mom at another location, so I can merge her phone onto my family plan. 4 phones for 100$. The big lady that was working there today was so rude. The store was dead, and she was so lazy. She didn't want to do anything to help. She didn't even ask for the 8 digit pin for all 4 phones, before she started insinuating that I could be trying to merge a phone onto my plan that wasn't mine. I can see why this location is so dead, with someone like that working there. Sales would increase a lot by just getting rid of her. I wish the owner of this location the best of luck on his sales with as an employee. I've been a customer for 8 years, and never experienced such a rude metro pcs employee.

Firstly, I want to say that the lady that helped me was nice and she did get my service working again, BUT she scratched my phone while trying to use the tool to open the sim tray because she had very long nails and couldn't properly handle the tool.

I hope you're hearing me I'm at the old Mars store in Pinellas county on Tampa road and damonte has been the most wonderful person helping me learn a laptop and I just I truly truly thank you he has saved my life. Also I want to think serenity she was a lot of help and I'm very grateful for the staff there I highly recommend this store I've been to quite a few

Nina was extremely unprofessional, doing side jobs for family with customers in the store. Little to no information on pricing, decided to have a conversation with a friend mid sale. Something shady is going on at this is location. 0 stars and should be investigated. Staff member looked to be on drugs.

Nina really is awesome ! She helped get me more memory on My Google and saved me 12 dollars a year ! From Google. And 30 dollars a month th with that program! She's great and Damone is super cool too and made me laugh. Great store great energy

Wow THANK YOU Tabatha! was able to help me soo much she incorporated her years of experience with common sense to get me dialed correct and troubleshoot weird issue i had comming off a corporate number with different carrier(seriously over the last 3 weeks or so i went to many other stores and carriers and their answer would always be something like "i don't know we cant help youbin store you have to call customer support) Well not tabatha she took INITIATIVE and set things up and called herself! Wow thank you!. So now i got great metro deal! highly recommend this store!
