Scheduled an online appointment for COVID testing for 11:30. In the instructions it informs the customer to go inside. I arrived at 11:15 and had no issue waiting in line. I get to the counter at 11:30 and was told that it's only through the drive thru. I showed her how I was directed to come inside. She tells me to go through the drive thru so I do and wait additional 20 mins. It's now 11:50 just be told they can't do it. 40 mins of time wasted to get absolutely no help. Why not tell me while I was inside that they would not be able to do it? I do not recommend getting tested here unless you want to have your time wasted.

I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews lately, but my experience has been consistently positive. The team’s positive attitude and commitment to patient care, even under pressure, are truly remarkable. This pharmacy’s resilience and dedication are why I remain a loyal customer and highly recommend their services.
Living in Florida, I’m aware of the challenges pharmacies are facing, from staffing shortages to increased medication demand. Despite these difficulties, this Walgreens delivers outstanding service. The staff’s dedication is evident in every interaction. Even when busy, they provide prompt, courteous service.
The pharmacist’s attention to detail and willingness to answer questions about medications are commendable. Their proactive inventory management means I’ve never experienced delays due to store stock issues. They do a great job here and the challenges they face are shared statewide. As a customer, I often seek advice from the staff on how I can better manage my prescriptions. They consistently provide helpful suggestions, such as obtaining pre-authorizations, checking medication prices in advance, finding discounts and coupon cards, and being patient with non-essential medications facing manufacturer shortages. It’s clear that teamwork is essential in navigating these challenges.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. The staff at this location are the absolute worst people I have ever encountered professionally. They have ZERO respect and literally TRY to make things difficult for their customers. I switched to Publix and am now having to pay out of pocket for my prescriptions JUST to never have to deal with them again!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The worst pharmacy ever! A rx that was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes, took 4 hours! Incompetent management and workers!

Amanda, was extremely rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience because I had concerns about my prescription. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first interaction with a poor attitude at this Walgreens. I work in the medical field and I understand being busy/dealing with difficult patients however; this doesn’t excuse poor attitude toward a patient nevertheless a patient that has simple questions about her prescription. I have never been so disappointed with the lack of customer service at a pharmacy. The management of this Walgreens should consider additional training for their employees or consider getting employees that simply enjoy their job and treat patients with kindness. My family and I will be changing pharmacies after this. Treat others as you would like to be treated.

YOU GUYS KNOW HOW TO GET AWAY WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS, YEAHH?? IT IS YOUR FAULT BUT YOU KEEP ASKING THE CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT THE CALL CENTER SERVICE AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS FOR YOU!!! CALL CENTER CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT YOUUU!!!!PASSPORT DIGITAL COPY, CAN'T YOU PROVIDE SIMPLE ASSISTANCE?! YOU JUST THROW US AWAY TO CUSTOMER SERVICE CALLING THE 1-800?? So sick of you!!!! Worst and worstttt WALGREENS!!!

Went in to pay for my light bill with a friend and the employee didn't seem like they wanted to help in the photo department. Their system was down but the rest of the employees were kind and the store was very clean. Great customer service after the photo Department Employee. She should of made a better impact.

This is quite literally the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had in my life. I just moved to the area and I had a telehealth doctor call in a prescription here no one told me there was a problem. The pharmacy tech who helped me this afternoon even told me how much it was going to be to charge my insurance.When I went to pick up the black girl with braids gave me so much unnecessary attitude it was embarrassing for her and for this establishment. At first she told me the prescription wasn't ready yet, after they told me 4 hours ago that it would be ready in a few hours. After that she told me she couldn't fill the prescription because I was not a resident. I informed her that I am a resident but she still said she could not fill a prescription for a doctor that is 50 mi or more away from Okeechobee.You could tell she got a particular sense of glee to be able to tell me that if I had a problem that I could tell the pharmacy manager who would be there on Monday, this conversation took place on Friday mind you.I will never step foot back in this place.

Worst service Ever at a Walgreens !! Pharmacy tech was so caring she hung up on me. If you medication and pharmacy needs are important to you, Do Not Use this Walgreens.

I have 2 scripts, 1 is for ubrevly and 1 is for imetrex. They are both migraine medicine. It's like having tylenol and advil, both used for headaches but different. They will not give me them because they both for migraines. So I asked if I could at least have 1. And they refused. So now I have nothing. It is literally something every time I go there. If you can avoid this place, save yourself the headache

Pulled up to window for Covid testing,the girl at window was in a panic. She disappeared and I kid you not 16 minutes!!! I waited and no and I mean No One came to the window!!! 16 minutes WTH! The line behind me was long where did she even go???? She just disappeared. P.s I never was tested and I live 40 minutes from here,I'm not happy and rest assured I will never ever come here again.

Shopping is a pleasure here. They have the products I use at affordable prices and if the products I use are not available they have comparable items that meet the quality standards and prices to make up for it. Staff is always on hand and ready to help if need arises.
