Unfortunately 2 stars because I usually always have a bad experience here while I love the convenience of this store being close to home and the prices I can’t say the same about the customer service here…keep in mind I’m talking about in person and over the phone-not all the sales rep there deserve only 2 stars cause there a small few that have helped me in the past 2 years I’ve been in the store and have given me great customer service, they get 5 stars. I can’t remember their names. Quite disappointing, that working in customer service we are a huge representation for the company we work for. OREILLY’S-professionals parts people- but that’s not always true here…I always said if your job is only a paycheck maybe that’s not the job for you. Hope my next experience is better:

Their lucky to get 1 star! They lied said they didn't have what I needed in stock. So they ordered me a kit, but had 9 in stock! . I didn't get my whole kit only half, screwed me out of finishing my vehicle this weekend! I really needed my vehicle this week! If I known you couldn't do your job!! I'd went somewhere else.

O’Reilly no longer gives a military discount on motor oil. Their competitor, Autozone down the street does and it’s 10%. All of the years I have spent a lot of money with O’Reilly are over!!! Their excuse that they’re almost selling oil at cost is their problem and probably corporate baloney they’re telling their gullible employees!! I’ll give my business to Autozone from now on!!! ✌️
PS. The only reason you have a country or a business at all is because of us military folk.

Bought water pump from this store and tried to return 3 weeks later because it was wrong. They refused to give refund although the warranty states 1 year. Called there customer service number district manager supposed call.. Never called. Beware I will never purchase another item from them.
