“I was having some issues signing in on the mobile app so I contacted the customer service number and they directed me to my local branch and thank God they did. The customer service that I received from Noel from the Okeechobee Branch was above and beyond what I was expecting. I chose Seacoast because I've always held their customer service in high regards but this woman really was the best example I've ever come across. As a banking customer I hope that everyone at the Okeechobee location gets praised for their hard work and customer service but I'm leaving five stars today because of my interaction with Noel. To the bosses and management at this location thank you for doing something right whether it was your training or your protocols I received Top Notch service and I'd like to thank you as well. “Although it's a "large" banking organization with many, many branches, they've kept the okeechobee branch as hometown as possible. I'm always greeted by my name even though I go there maybe a couple times a month. AND you see the same familiar smiling faces when you visit. Some banks, if your a local, you know which one I'm talking about, has new employees every time you visit. What does that say about that particular bank branch?? I'm been very pleased with SouthState Bank and highly recommend them for any level of banking needs.”
