This is aimed at a particular person and the conpany as a whole. I started the virtual tax proces in mid-March Sara Carpio. When it came time to discuss the particulars of my tax situation, she would miss phone appointment after phone appointment or call at 10 pm (6 hours late!) to chat. When she “completed“ my taxes, it turns out she hadn't input any of the particulars (work from home, deductions, etc.). And now, two days before taxes are due, I am forced to file on my own.As for the company, after begging for a new reprrsentative they would promise me that someone else would contact me the next day. Can you guess what happened? *crickets*Never thought I’d say this, but your better off using TurboTax, or if your wallet can handle it, a real CPA.
