The store is great…! But the pricing cmon
Not sure the main girl whom is here she informed me to use the computer and one copy of paper would be 4 dollars
Excuse me what?!?
I can get a whole bundle of paper for 2?!??!?
That’s price gouging at its finest!

If lack of customer service could get 5 stars then this place does deserve it. I brought back a computer which is one there corp. accounts and the lady said we don't do these often so they wouldn't know to train me on it. Her lack of interest explains her poor job performance, the lack of 'care' showed. Mind you I had called prior to just showing up but phone rang n rang then went to voicemail,only reason I called was because I'm bringing a 2 monitor desktop (heavy).

We have a really good UPS store, the employees keep things moving and are very helpful.

The guys are always friendly (my experience) but some of the women weren’t as much but have now gotten better! I did however have a pleasant experience with Candace (I believe is her name) Twice she attended me and was very friendly. Much appreciated. I know these Amazon returns must be exhausting!

The clerk was multi tasking while remaining calm, skilled and extremely pleasant. Her multitasking didn’t elongate my time there. I was very impressed. Her attitude and professionalism made my morning better. The clerks name was Octavius. Thank you Octavius. The smallest kindnesses can have major impacts on people.

The wait was less than 2 min in line and the who staff was very proffecional and friendly
