It’s pretty good I just wish they would stock the ammo instead of looking through it in boxes on a pallet. Also I think the guy that works behind the counter needs to be on some kind of medication ?. If you go there and talk to him you will know who he is.

It says online that they close at 6:00pm because of Holiday which I understand. I just needed to get food for my ducks really quickly since it was already 5:40pm. I get out the car and one of the employees was standing there saying that there closed. I can't get my stuff that fast? You literally close in 20 minute.

so I bought a 18 gun Cannon gun fire safe on 11/26/2023 for $349.99. I bought this thinking like every you buy is never on the floor as a display but new in the box. I paid for it and was told they will load it for you just go to the back dock. I did and when they loaded it was yhe display model. We had to leave to drop relatives off at the airport. I went to them on 11/27/2023 and customer service told me that unless there is visible damage that they will not reduce the price even thoug it was a display model with anyone touching it and messing with it. I have bought generators, air compressor, power washer, leaf blower and trimmer from them in the past. I personally will never shop there again and anyone asks I will steal them awa. Terrible customer service and you in the Ocala Florida Rural King should be ashamed!

Great service and products. The store is well stocked and always have what you are shopping for. Tell everyone a must do store to shop at to get their low prices. Their weekly ads really help to draw you into the store for the he deals.

They have some of the most friendly staff. great people, They have great deals on name brand tools. a lot of home gardening supplies. Some of the friendliest cashiers, they smile and are just kind. They actually care about the community, they let people have a farmer market out front of the store. Not many stores partner with the community that way. I enjoy shopping and supporting Rural King.

I placed an online order, as I've done once before, and the first time was a two hour pickup debacle! I called ahead by 38 minutes, was assured that I was able to pick it up this evening. I even told him that I had a 40 mile drive to the store! He again assured me that I could come get it. When I got there, after driving 40 miles, I was told that the "kiosk had been down", and was not likely to be fixed by closing time, which was over an hour away. They made me feel like I was being a pain, just by asking them to try to reboot it. After I waited 30 minutes, a nice lady came and fixed it in a minute or less! I will not spend spend my money at RK again. There are better alternatives at the same price point. As a retired attorney, I can not accept the waste of four hours of my time, picking up two firearms I'd paid for weeks earlier. They can and must do better to regain my business. As soon as they realized I was annoyed, it's as if they made it take even longer.The only bright spot was the young lady that's the manager is very pleasant!
