My wife picked up a pair of Nike pants with a $22 sale tag on. The cashier rang them up at $51. We pointed out there was a sale tag on, so the cashier took the items to find a manager. She then returned and removed the sale tag, and told us they're now full price. We just walked out, without buying the item. Never had such poor service. Add to that the fact there was a queue with multiple other people waiting, and nobody else came to serve the waiting customers.

Beautiful store, came in 11/21/2023 @ 6pm to buy a pair of Jordans. The selection was nice, but no prices on shoes. There were 3 store employees, one on the phone and 2 others folding clothes. We couldn’t get anyone to even acknowledged us. The mall was a ghost town and with this customer service. I totally understand why. Next time I drive an hour to a store, it will be to Tampa.

Like so many others my experience with the customer service here was not good, far from it. I went two separate times both times they had at least 3 people working and none of them could help anyone in there. The first time I watched a lady stand at the check out while we were able to walk the whole store, browse, and leave. The second time my child wanted to try a shoe on and yet again no associate asked to help anyone in there and when I asked if they had the shoe in a certain size without even looking said we don't have it. If you're associates don't have time for customers that are trying to buy stuff eventually you won't make the sales and have to close, the owner should be more proactive in the store.

So frustrated I walked into the store and I asked a gentleman for help. He looked at another girl and asked her if she could help and said that he was training when I looked back at him he was hanging on a clothing rack talking to the girl who he was training and had not moved in the hour and a half that I had been. The girl that was helping me I told her I needed a fit for my son for Christmas and she showed me two things and walked away and looked at her phone, so I got it all the stuff I needed, and there was a gentleman that was kind enough to help me get the shoes that I needed from the back, I went and waited in line the bags tore on me three times when I checked out so I had to come back and get new bags when I walked out the gentleman that was standing at the front training had something smart to say I do not think that I will ever be back in the store they are so unprofessional. Need customer service training for the managers at the store and the clothes were messy everyone wad walking around looking at their phones. Definitely not spending my money there again,

Last trip I purchased 2 pairs of shorts and a shirt. 1 of the shorts had a security magnet on them. They didn't say anything about it. I didn't realize until I got home. I had to make a second trip back to get it taken off. Made me wait 5 minutes just to tell me they can't remove it. They said some items were shipped with those tags on and they dont have a way to remove it, they told me, "go to Hollister they can do it". Both employees starting giving attitude and don't seem to care. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Not to mention how confused the cashier at Hollister was but smiled and took care of it right away, shop there!

I went into the Snipes store up where I live because I was looking for a pair of NBA socks. (Actually I was just passing by and happened to see this store). I went in asked if they had any NBA socks and the girl said no. I looked around noticed some other NBA items. I saw some jerseys and looked at those. I didn't necessarily need socks, I was looking for some nba items (for a Christmas gift). I found some and asked if they were on sale and yes they were. It was priced at 50% off. I got it when the girl rung it up it was even less than I thought it would be. It had been marked down from the price that was showing on the tag. I only asked the one question about the jersey and didn't need any other help. The jersey was nice and it was liked. I was satisfied with the customer service.

CHECK YOUR CAMERAS IF YOU THINK IM LYING**Arrived in the store at 2:50pm to pick up my RESERVED PAIR of sneakers that I have until 3pm to pick up.**I asked for my sneakers the first employee who helped me couldn’t find them so she went to get the manager YASHA BRYANT(atleast that what I was told) who went to the back to “check” and came back and told me there are no more pairs left because I wasn’t there by 3pm. I question her what does that have to do with my reserved pair? I was here before time check your camera if you need. She gets mad with me for being frustrated that they sold my pair before 3pm.Store management is unprofessional. Needs better training. The store wasn’t clean with clothes everywhere.

Bought a pair of shoes only worn twice after and they started peeling apart from the bottom. Went in and asked for an exchange since they sold me defective products but they said they couldn’t help.

Recently visited Jimmy Jazz and had one of the worst experiences. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes. The store wasn’t that busy and I waited 5-10 minutes for someone to help. Figured they were short staffed, so that was fine. The associate was a little rude, but I figured it had to do with being short staffed. She was coming back out with the shoes, but stopped and helped someone else for a few minutes first. After she helped that customer, she went to give me the shoes, but walked away mid sentence to ask another associate something. Then, she came back and told me that the only pair of shoes they had were on a mannequin and was I going to buy them. I have no idea. I have to try them on first. I decided not to try them on and just left. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go back. It was absolutely ridiculous. Train your employees correctly. This is BASIC customer service.
