Poor post-purchase service. I bought my car a month ago, and my temporary plate has now expired. No one followed up about the registration or getting me a new plate. I’m currently unable to drive my car because they neglected to complete their responsibilities. Despite multiple attempts over several days to contact the sales manager and finance manager (Josh), neither bothered to return my calls. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that everyone was busy. Interestingly, they weren’t too busy to call and text me frequently during the sales process. Customer satisfaction after the sale seems to be their last priority. I’m extremely disappointed. I would give them zero star

I was traveling from Virginia to Florida & had a terrible noise in my car on the interstate. I called expecting it to take days to get an appointment BUT I talked with the nicest people! They told me to bring it to their Quick Lane & they would work me inn& check it out. At the Quick Lane, I was greeted by the nicest friendliest gentlemen that listened to me describe the problem. Within an hour & 1/2, they had me fixed & on my way! There are not enough good things to say about this company & their employees. They made me feel completely at home even though I was a thousand miles away! Thank you!!

Felipe Echeverri-Franco was the greatest salesman I have ever met. He knew his cars and did not try to force me to select something I did not want. Helped me get exactly what I wanted. He was kind and actually listened to my needs and is currently doing his best to get my son in his dream car. This is the best place to shop for what you want with no worries.
