Went there yesterday and tried to load money on a prepaid card. Gave the lady $304.00 she couldn't figure it out. She then says I have to give you the money back and gives me $303.95

One star, however I’d give it less than that if there were an option to. I can not count how many times I have got attitude form the cashier, to find out she’s the assistant manager of the location. I’ve been pleasant enough to still say have a good day, however get ignored while the manager continues to gossip and talk with other store associates. Which is a constant occurrence, and if you ever ask for help you get attitude for interrupting their gossip time. Poor customer service and not stocked and organized, which makes it difficult to find things let alone get help to find items considering the lack of help in the store.

I rarely visit this location. Upon entering the store the associate, Ric, was on his cellphone and didn't greet us. I went to the register for a price check and he looked like I was interrupting him since he was on his cell. During checkout I asked about a promotion on apparel. Ric replied, "I don't know anything about that." I advised him that it was on the signs all posted over in the apparel section of the store. I was in disbelief that he actually said that and meant it. There were no less than 5 signs posted about buy1get1 1/2 off. This is not my usual DG and from this experience I will not return.
