Be careful in this store they have poor communication with customers, I bought 2 phones, one for my daughter and one for me, adding my daughter's line to mine, which the woman never contacted us to tell us that an iPhone could not be activated With a line of 30, they charged us 60 for the other line. In addition, they did not consult me and charged me for insurance for the phones, which they did not inform me about, bad communication, bad service.

They use to be the best. They must've gotten new management under bad protocols that ultimately made the predecessor ruin the algorithm of success for their company.A SPECIAL expanded data network simulator card? Really? For EVERY phone? That's forced interaction with the customers that's uncomfortable right there. I'm google who's equal or cheaper than what I pay now. I'm ditchin these losers asap

So a few weeks ago I went up here to pay my phone bill and figure out what's wrong with my headphone port. The girl at the register told me that my port wasn't working and I needed to get a new phone. I got home and my 5-year-old cousin got a paper clip and pulled hay out of my port and my phone was working just fine. To think they tried to con me into getting a new phone when they could have just simply tried to fix the problem since I go here all the time to pay my phone bill.

I went to get a new phone naturally it was lousy Samsung which I hate but had to get it anyway because of Motorola didn't come with the deal that was on at that time and I'm tight on money being a disabled senior citizen homeless to boot.... I had to take what was offered and then had to turn around and go back in once the guy set it up to pay more money to get the part to plug in to the charging cord and into a 110 outlet to charge the phone and he said that they don't sell them that way anymore you have to buy them separate it's all about the money it's all about the business customer care isn't the greatest I didn't have my internet for quite a while I had to go back again and I didn't notice right off that the case that I paid for and the screen protector was not put on well and the case had already had a crack in it but that doesn't make any difference it's still protects the phone it took me forever of contacting Samsung and the Boost mobile carrier can just get my voicemail setup ????Another reason why I hate Samsung phones on a Motorola or an LG.....YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING WITH EASE ???SORRY SAMSUNG BUT YOU'RE READY TO BOTTOM OF MY LIST OF PHONES AND COMPUTERS AND TABLETS AND ANYTHING ELSE ELECTRONIC ESPECIALLY APPLIANCES ??????

Real good deals on phones and service I got a Samsung Ao3s and service Plus a screen protector which was not properly put on any case for the phone that doesn't properly fit because the buttons on the side don't match up with the buttons on the phone to turn it on and off but there's no taking it back and it had a crack in it to begin with I didn't notice until after I had already left the store and I know I didn't crack it because it was laying on the seat of my truck charging up but guys are friendly the Boost Mobile store itself is attached to the convenience store so you can get your service and some groceries at the same time ????
