Rick is always very helpful, very knowledgeable, and has great customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a car repair done. His prices are very reasonable and usually beat other places and he won't steal you wrong or recommend something that isn't needed just to make money.

When a company takes advantage of an elderly lady it has to be let known. A customer had her car towed in for repairs. The tow company damaged the car. The vehicle owner had put in an insurance claim and she told them NOT TO TOUCH THE CAR until she heard from the Insurance company because she was going to have to work done at another shop. Well, they took it upon themselves to do the repairs and told her she was now responsible for a $3k bill. Mind you, the insurance company NEVER contacted her to release the car to the shop for repairs nor had she gotten paid from the insurance company they do not have a single signature authorizating the repairs. It has been 8 weeks and even now that she said she will pay the bill and asked for an itemized invoice (wich is required by law) not only will they not produce an invoice ut they will not let her pay for the car. This place is a disgrace and should be put out of business. I will continue to update as things unfold.

I have to say being a woman, taking your vehicle anywhere is always a hassle. I knew either my fuse or my blower motor was messed up in my AC. I called Pep Boys and they automatically wanted $80 just to pop my hood. Batten automotive gave me a free AC inspection. It was just a blown fuse that I must’ve looked over, and replaced it. No hidden fees, no extra charges. Great customer service (I spoke with Rick). I think I definitely found a new shop. Highly recommend!

Needed both front wheel bearings replaced. They took me right away and were done at the promised time. The prices were good. I would definitely recommend them.
