This place has always done a great job with my cars for a great price. They use separate towels to wash the wheels and the body.

Very disappointed today. Went for a good pickup wash and cleaning finally. The equipment was broken, power washer and dryer, etc. So they used a garden hose with no nozzle and no pressure to wash and rinse. Still dirty after the wipedown and cleaning. Brought the dirt still on the wheels twice and they did make two attempts to clean it better. Pic is the towel I used on the wheels and truck body after they were done. Towel was clean prior to using. Paid $48+ and then went to the self wash down the street and washed it again. Of course, no manager on site. They were at lunch. If the equipment isn't working shut it down until it's fixed. No one is going home happy today.
