So happy that I changed from the large chain pharmacies to Midland Pharmacy. I love the service that I receive continuously from Midland. The pharmacist often calls me direct when my prescriptions are ready for renewal and always offer me the option to pickup or have it delivered. Very organized and efficient!

Feel so lucky to have found MIdland Pharmacy! After years of dealing with large chain pharmacies, I now get personalized & efficient service. The pharmacist even calls me direct when my prescriptions are ready for refilling. Finally I feel important and that I'm being cared for properly.

I want to start by saying Midland Medical services are absolutely phenomenal! I love my Doctor and I love my therapist and I love all the amazing people that work there. With that said, the Pharmacy… oof they are so disorganized. Two months ago I had called to get a refill on one of my prescription, getting through to an actual person would be a miracle. I left a message saying I was almost out and needed a refill and to please call me back. I did this 3 days in a row. I finally decided to drive over there and when I get there it still wasn’t ready. At this point I had run out and had to wait.Fast forward to the present. My Psychiatrist calls in a prescription for my bipolar medication at 11am. Once again, I try calling to let them know it was there and that I also needed a refill on another one. Again, no answer. I leave a message. I show up at 4pm and the very nice receptionist tells me they are not ready and it would be an hour. I opt to come back the next day. Thank her for her time and leave. I show up the next day at 10am and guess what? They still haven't been filled. I have to go to work so wouldn’t be able to pick them up until the next day. I was lucky enough that it was early enough that she could have them delivered the same day but I can only imagine if it were later how long I would have to wait.I am fully aware that they are busy and things happen. It’s a part of life but the frequency of this is becoming unacceptable. We are talking about peoples lives, serious medications, these aren’t some Flintstone vitamins we are talking about, there are serious consequences that may arise from not being able to take some of these medications. The unfortunate situation I am in is I do not have the option of going to another pharmacy. I get my insurance through Midland and their terms of coverage require me to use their pharmacy.I love Midland, they are amazing people, I don’t know where I would be without them. I just wish their pharmacy can tighten up their procedures to better serve their customers and the community. This is the end of my ridiculously long rant.

Probably the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with — Customer service is hard to get in touch with and doesn’t do their job correctly. I was told a prescription would be ready by a certain time and changed my work schedule in order to pick it up and it wasn’t ready.. So my work schedule had to be changed yet again. Walgreens does 10x better and is in a more convenient location.

One of the very best pharmacies I've used in the last 30 years. The pharmacists are friendly and the workers have been courteous and respectful for at least 5 years.

If I had no idea that Rx prices are different between the major drug store chains and the little guys like Midland Pharmacy, I bet lots of others don't either. I assumed the little guys if anything would be pricier. Not necessarily! Using my health insurance's drug search tool, I was able to find out that Midland meets and most of the time beats them. So I switched. Service is great; pharmacy techs leave automated and actual voice messages and are helpful in person. There is parking in front and never a wait in line. The place is clean and professional. Plus they have free delivery if you're too busy to get there. You don't need to go to Midland Medical to fill your prescriptions here. Just make sure your insurance includes them in the list. This is probably the best pharmacy I've been to in the Fort Lauderdale area.

No one ever answers the phone. Patients are just numbers. Completely impersonal. No human factor at all. It's a puppy mill basically.

Worst provider ever. This lady had no manners very unprofessional and always miss her appointments with patients (No Show). Don't know how people can trust her. She doesn't know how to even do a referral. Since I started seeing her about 9 months ago, my health had declined tremendously. Her knowledge is very poor and on top of that very rude. Think twice before making an appointment with her. It can be the difference between staying alive or just died because of a malpractice.

I love having a neighborhood pharmacy rather than one of the big national chain pharmacies - the personalized service is exactly what I want. The technicians at Midland Pharmacy know me and my husband, and so they coordinate the pick-up of our medications. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

This is the worst. The WORST medical office to go to for medical care. The problem is not the primary providers but the staffing office they have running it. It's guarantee they will mess up your doctor appointment or follow up. It happened every time I had one. When you call to discuss the issue it's always the patients fault, they take no responsibility and are always putting the blame on the customer. Then when you ask to speak to a manager, instead of him helping. He also gives you an attitude. It's obvious the low educated staff working the front office is why do many patients are leaving to find care in other medical office. DO NOT recommend for anyone to visit this office for medical treatment.
