Made an appt online and got a confirmation text. Got the cat there with much difficulty to be told she didn’t have the appt on the books.She was rude and gave me excuses and an attitude. Not going back to see how the grooming is there.Negative stars

Amber was fantastic.... We took our puppy in for a grooming (he was a little pig pen). He was so comfortable and happy there, that we will be bringing him back. He obviously had a good experience and got a great cut. We usually take in a grumpy CAT. So the puppy's experience and the cats experiences are different The cat looks great after her salon visit, but she doesn't like to be groomed. I can't say enough good things about Lil Piddlers on Oakland Park Boulevard.

So I have been going to this place for a couple of years. When I first started coming it was great. My last two experiences have been awful. The last time I dropped my boys off at 9am and had to call them back at 2pm and again at 4pm just to find out if my dogs would be ready any day soon. When I make an apt to get my dogs groomed I don't expect them to be locked in a cage all day.But I decided to give it one last chance And TODAY I pick up my boys and I'm about to be home I look down and there is blood all over my pants. They had cut one of their nails way to short I had blood all over my pants. This is absolutely unacceptable. I called as soon as I saw the blood and told the lady and all she said was maybe my dog was Very fidgety (I don't care lady you cut my dogs nail wrong) as a groomer I expect you to take good care of my animals the same way you would your own. It also looked as if my dogs hadn't even been brushed after being groomed. Super disappointed and super pissed off. I'm all about supporting local businesses but I will no longer support this one.

Nice facility and they always take great care of my dog. I left my dog there an extra 30 minutes there and they had no problem taking care of her. Super helpful.

I am new to the area and needed a groomer for my fur babies. When I tell you I am Overjoyed at the entire experience at Lil Piddlers, it's an understatement!! I arrived early for pick up and was able to watch my fur baby being groomed... he was so calm and his tail wagged the entire time she was attending to him. I'm so reassured and comfortable taking my dogs here! Especially when I saw how well they were treated and loved on. The results were amazing and I definitely recommend Lil Piddlers! Thank you so much!!
