Hair Color HelpThe store clerk-Victoria was very nice and patient. Explained in great detail how to use the products and what would or wouldn't work for my specific hair color mishap. Manager went out of her way to find the products I needed. Excellent Service, will visit again, my new favorite store.

This store is closest to my house, and I have been going there for many years. It's not a big store, and I only go there to buy a special kind of hair dye because I am allergic to PPD. They have what I am looking for, but the people who work there are not friendly at all. I am there to buy things, and I am not there to make friends. But I feel like I bothered them by going into the store. I still have to go since hair dye without PPD is not available at regular drug stores. I hope they become more friendly.

Recently bought a box hair dye and went in for an exchange since I didn’t want the color I chose. I brought the receipt and it was well within the 60 days. I originally got it on sale so they would not let me make the exchange and expected me to pay extra. There was a young cashier that was also very rude and when I was explaining to her why I wanted a different color, she just yelled “I know what an exchange is!” I ended up just buying a few other things, but was very disappointed at the fact that I didn’t even get what I had gone there for. I also said I wanted a paper bag and then she asked again, to which I responded yes again. Of course, once the transaction was finished she pushes all my items towards me and didn’t give me a bag. Worst experience at Sally’s.

I walked into the store and was greeted by the cashier with a warm hello. I walked through the small store until I found what I needed. The cashier asked if I found everything I needed and even gave me her feedback on a cream of nature product I was purchasing. I enjoyed my shopping experience and will go back when I need to stock back up on hair products.

I had a hair mishap - a new stylist I went to turned my hair red/orange. I asked the girl working to help me. Instead of saying that she didn't know, she assured me that an ash toner would take the red out. I told her I didn't care if it darkened it a little. According to another stylist who I have an appointment with next week, "the only way to neutralize red is to put on a green-brown of equal darkness." I was asking her questions and she seemed rushed like she didn't want to help me. Now I see why this place has bad reviews.

They suck, I tried to buy lightener for my new growth and didn't have my license on me but had my phone number, which I've used before in plenty of locations and they didn't let me buy it because their system was down. Not my fault your systems not working. They could easily use my phone number to call and get my license number on their phone....
