Absolute worst. Predatory towing, doesn't follow any laws or privacy acts. Any positive reviews are from employees. They keep towed cars in a junk yards that's filled with non-functioning cars. Refused to destroy my personal documents after verifying. UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DIFFICULT. The definition of unprofessional. Should be shut down by every enforcement agency.

I got my Mercedes Picked up & Drop Off in Amazing Time these Guys had a Dolly Available for my Car & Price was $130 about 2 Mile Distance Not Cheap cause I got it Towed Same place for $95 so can't give 5 Star but will give 4 Star & will Recommend.Driver was Great with Great Attitude ?Services: Special vehicle towing

We spoke with John with J&L after a car accident in Miami, FL to let them know the vehicle needed a tow and that our movers would be getting it moved to the state of Missouri. We were careful to detail our situation and hire our movers ahead of time due to time sensitivites and the vehcile having to be left with keys in it. We had to leave our vehicle at a local gas station JL Towing information was on the building. After speaking with John, The quoted cost was 250.00. Concerned about the car remaining there over night we tried to reach the gas station and towing to see if it had been picked up. Towing confirmed it had not. We asked our finance company to locate the vehicle to make sure it was still at the station. They reached out to the towing company first. J&L Towing claimed they never spoke with us! We called our movers to pick up the vehicle from the gas station on 03-31-2023. When they got there the vehicle was not present. J&L Towing had picked it up (despite claiming they'd never talked with us!) We were able to connect with John again and he informed us we'd have to pick it up in person. This is after we have already left Miami. I do not recommend this company for Towing. Claiming you do not know a customer, having a vehicle wait over night to tow when Towing is a little over 11 miles from the gas station and then putting your customers through all the additional trouble isn't worth a dime they charge. If you have to get mad enough to threaten a law suit the business isn't worth it. Don't waste your time. I will state that after much stress we were able to have the vehicle released. No one should have to go through this. -Sincerely pissed from Missouri.

The driver tried to charge me $120 when I only needed my car lifted off the curb .. then laughed when I said I couldn’t afford $120 for them to move my car not even 6 ft. It’s ok someone did it for me $30.
