I stopped by Gary Rubinstein Antiques last December, and was not disappointed! Not only did the shop have great items, the staff was friendly and attentive. I was a fan of the show, and made sure to stop in before I left North Miami. Evan (one of the owners) came in the shop just after I did, and I had to refrain from fan-girling. Evan was super sweet, and made sure to talk to everyone who was in the shop. I bought two glass slides, and she came over and told me about where they came from. If you're in North Miami be sure to stop by, because you will not be disappointed.

I have visited the Miami store several times. Its basically attractive 20th century decorator stuff. Not much that is fine or rare. But stylish things that look nice in Miami. High markups through and I know for a fact that they buy things on the web site Live Auctioneers You could buy your own things on the same site and avoid Rubenstein's high retail prices.
