Very bad service they tell you that they cannot open an account for you with an empty bank that there is no staff to work and that is why they cannot open the account for you, very bad experience

I'm surprised to see negative reviews. This bank has helped put my faith back into banking. I'm treated like a person not like a number. Every time I have concern it's addressed. My banker Lissette is the best, and she is vested in my account, so we do well in business. 5 Stars all the Way.....

I'm glad this branch will be closing soon. Will not give my business to this location. Staff told me that they're were not going to open they were open my account they were closing in an 45 mins. They don't want to work. I don't have time to due to my work schedule. I banked with them in the past last time i checked if customer has a profile much easier to reestablished.

Absolute rude and disgraceful unprofessional service. Cant even give coin change all because dont have an account. Thats aload of rubbish. Change the staff asap their and make sure they speak and understand proper english.....

Very poor untrained staff . They don't give you all the information needed requiring several trips . The manager was a moron unkemp smelled like she didn't shower . This bank has gone down the crapper since it was sold ..
