This not the first time I’ve left this store saying “I can’t believe how helpful these two guys were”
This time I needed to identify the paint formula from an almost unreadable label affixed to the top of the can. The effort and thought that the team successfully gave was perfect. This was not about a paint or equipment purchase. It was a paint related need that allowed me to move

Miguel & Oscar are always very helpful, I’m a regular at this kings paint location and they always make sure I get the paint I’m looking for even when I’m not really sure what it is and they’re very efficient when helping… recommend anyone who is doing any kind of paint job to come here for the help/guidance u need ??

I had been dreading this day cause trying to figure the right color schemes for my apartment had been an overwhelming experience for days on but soon as i walked in here i felt completely comfortable and relieved thanks to Miguel and Oscar who provided an exceptional service by attentively listening to my concerns and ideas . They responded patiently and resolved all my issues efficiently . I was impressed and relieved at how they seem genuinely concerned as if was their own apt they were painting and ended brightening my project as well as my day. their helpful and friendly demeanor was superb!! These guys really are the epiphany of exceptional customer service.

I had the worst experience at this store. The “store manager” Miguel, attempted to help me after I came in with what seemed to me different paint that the sample originally purchased and he was extremely rude and condescending. The most unprofessional treatment I have ever received from an employee at a paint store. As I mentioned in person, I nor my other businesses that have been shopping and BM for years will ever step foot in another one of these stores!

One of the worst experiences with the Store Manager (Miguel). Started laughing at us for being upset on a delay of paint that we ordered & paid for. Not only did he say what are you going to do since I’m the store manager. So I made sure to come on here and talk about your lack of customer service & an embarrassment to Benjamin Moore sponsored stores.
