Today I was at Walmart
1425 NE 163rd St, North Miami Beach, FL 33162. Again talking about the computer I bought and that I took back more than 20 days ago to return and since the customer service person named Kat said she would vote for it.
Well, today she tells me that they voted for it because I left it and how I took it without the box. Since the system says that it can be returned, if you don't have the box, bring it and we will pack it. Today I experienced humiliation, decrimination and bullying because since I don't speak English the girls who were there except one who was there today and the day I brought the computer and she was a witness that the computer was left behind. Which today I went and recorded everything where she confirms that she left the computer and that they threw it away. Apparently as a consumer I have no rights over my purchase. So I have spoken with several representatives, I have gone to the store twice, I have waited more than 20 days for my return. And they don't give me an answer. Then we will proceed legally. Because it is not fair that I buy a computer and the representative decides to vote for it supposedly because it did not have a box and since she humiliated me, she discriminated and decided not to help or provide the service because she did not want to. Now I find myself without my money and without a computer. Twice I have shown up at the store with my son who became nervous, anxious and embarrassed. For all this . Does the client not have a guarantee of their money? of your purchase

This is the worst experience with customer service, I've been waiting more than 3 hours my order, and when i get it, is incomplete!
They forgot to shop my stuff.
