My unit was infested with rats! Unfortunately, due to Life events, I was not able to check on the storage unit for quite some time. And when I finally did to my surprise, I found a dead rat and a roach. I let the manager know immediately to which he approached the situation, very nonchalant and handed over insurance pamphlets if I had any damage to my personal belongings, I asked him to escalate this matter as this was a health hazard. He said that he will do so and get back to me. I never heard back from him to which I had to call the following Monday to follow up. They also gave me the number to a district manager who never bothered to call me back after calling multiple times. In the end, we ended up switching units to a smaller size, but while we were moving, we encountered Several rat droppings and what looked like a reminisce of a rat nest!! I did question the manager if they fumigated and he said they do but clearly they don’t for rats. Although the manager was kind and helped us transfer to a new unit, The overall experience has been horrible due to the lack of responsibility. Very disgusted by the entire situation. I only stored clothing and some small furniture. No food or nothing perishable to cause this. To this day, I am still waiting for a call from the district manager.

Prices double with administrative fees and some random insurance requirements. Stay away.
Once you pay for it and they get access to you your credit card you can't get your money back either.
Took the loss and got myself another place with honrst upfront pricing.

Everything was smooth, the facility is very clean, staff is nice, 2 elevators, plenty of moving carts, secured and feels safe when you are there, not sketchy. Only thing I’d say upfront is you have to use a special lock for your storage door, not your own, but having all of the above is way more important than worrying about using their locking mechanism. Thx

Jose was awesome! Went in expecting one thing, and he helped us out with a more affordable unit due to a promotion we were unaware of. Very thorough but quick. The entire process took 15 minutes start to finish. I highly recommend their services!

The space is clean,the customer service was great. Before you rent the storage you are advised on the size and was shown the unit to see which one suit your needs.The elevator are spacious which make is easy to move stuff around and they also have some cart available if needed. It was a great experience. I will definitely use them again if I needed to store stuff
