The Management at this place is horrible, that curly hair lady who works there is very mean and xenophobic.She refuse to attended me, she sits and wait to the other guy to work for her. Very rude with the girl that was working a promotion there.

Be away of this place. The Manager is a very rude lady, who treat the employees and consumers very bad.I had very bad experience in this place, cero costumers services, the communication with the Manager is impossible she doesn't speak English and when she doesn't understand you she get mad.

Very bad management, the lady who works there is very mean, rude, I don't even know how to call the bad experience that I had there. She treats me really bad like if I was a thief, I went there to promote a whiskey and she didn't understand English so she kick me out without any respect.

I purchased a bottle of Casa Azul for $300 thinking that the price being double the usual price meant that the size of the bottle was bigger than what I've purchased before. However when I got home I realized that I was overcharged by almost double. I usually pay $160 for $750 ml, but they charge $300 for the same bottle. Once I realized this within 10 minutes of being at the location (literally) I called them to try to explain that I made a mistake, and asking for a swap for something else (not opened), and I didn't even ask for refund and they denied me. Buyer beware this place charges much higher marker prices than most.
