I have been a customer of Sherman Williams for 10 years coming into the stores on a weekly base, and I will never enter another sherwin Williams again. The way that they run this store is disappointing, ruthless and immortal I am truly disappointed with the manager of the store for the way he handles things and I suggest who ever reads this review checks another location or even go to Benjamin Moore. I came in this afternoon looking for a new paint color for the interior of my house and was mind blown from color selection to choose from which was overwhelming! Luckily Adam was there and made the process so much easier and stress free! He helped me narrow down to a color i was looking for while being super patient and professional, its people like him that truly make a store experience pleasant ! Return customer. Had to pick up a box of caulking and Ryan was very kind and helpful. I needed some of my 5 gallon primers re shaken as they had been sitting too long in my shed. Friendly fast service!

We asked what paint is equivalent to Eg-shell, option for walls and been told it’s medium lustre. After we were already home I checked in Google and figured that medium lustre is for trim and doors. Since we had a guy working next day in the house, we decided to use the paint anyway. It is way too glossy for walls. Super disappointed with such a bed customer service that can’t advise professionally.
