Terrible location. Employees incompetent...can't even keep pre-ordered balloons together and keep track of them. There was no apology when they messed up my order. When I came to pick up my order balloons and other items were missing after I was already charged for them. Bad Customer service and extremely rude & condescending after they made a mistake instead of apologizing and correcting.

Мы на каждый праздник делаем покупки в этом магазине и хочу оставить отзыв для того, чтобы хозяева обратили внимание на то как продавцы делают свою работы: очень не приветливые, невероятно медлительные, супер медлительные! При мне ушел клиент из-за этого.

Everybody loves a good party. Visiting this store I forgot how much little touches matter.This a great store for adding little touches and details. Eventhough I didn't buy anything they have a very large selection of products.When I walked in I noticed the store is very clean, very organized and how well lit it is. Nice! Additionally, I noticed how wide the isles are.
