“Hours of Operation varies. Open sign usually visible, although it seems otherwise. You have to call the number posted in front of the Store, if there's no one there. Wait is less likely to be long. The Staff is Polite, Respectful, Knowledgeable and More likely to give You great deals on Phones, services and accessories for being a Loyal customer.”

“i was looking to switch my service from metro for a while, went to this store asking some question ended up switching all my lines from metro and got 4 free Samsung galaxy. I was really surprised that i only paid first month of service and taxes. wasn't charged any hidden fees. and guy there helped me transfer all my data for all phones. he was really patient and knowledgeable.Thank you for the great service. i will recommend this place for everyone who is looking to get a phone and plan. do visit this store. 10/10 for everything.”

“This is worst T-Mobile in town! the staff overlook you and are not knowledgeable about promotions or next steps if you have a problem with your phone or service. My 75 year old mother asked if their was anything they could do about her being locked out her phone and one of the sales techs was talking loud and being belligerent by saying, "If I knew what to do about that I must know all your personal business." All he had to do was to say he couldn't do anything for her or did not know what to do. I had a bad experience there myself. The staff there is prejudice against black customers and the management is unprofessional.”

He helped me get transfered from my old carrier, (note: transfering from my old carrier was a living hell) but he was very patient and did what ever he needed to do in order to help.
