Great place to meet people and socialize. I’ve been coming here frequently since I work near by, but I don’t get along with my co-workers. I often come to BofA to make small talk with the 2 tellers for as long as possible. Sometimes the other customers in the line get anxious but it’s not my fault that my life is so interesting. I usually can get about 20 minutes of chatter with the teller before people in the line start vocalizing their complaints and I am forced to leave.

Ridiculous! 20+ years I've known this location & its still inefficient. How in the world you only ever have 2 tellers working on pay day. Almost 1 hour waiting in line & still have 6 ppl ahead. This is enough to make me want to sever ties with @Bankofamerica @BOA

Worst bank. To make any change to your account takes a very long time in here and they have very few tellers.

I dislike this branch in the 90s and still do in 2023. Worse customer service agents and you will be there for hours before talking to someone.Bank of America is one of the worse banks ever.

This place isn't run like a bank is like a social club. I came here for a reason not to hear the local gossip or to hear someone from 15 feet away sitting to tell me "I'm in line! " if that were true you'd be in the line now wouldn't you instead of sitting talking on the phone gossiping about church! Bank of America needs to be more proactive in their management plus 45 min wait for the rest of the staff to show up when you want to open an account is ridiculous! Come here if it's your last resort there are plenty of banks of America in Miami. And replying with "signing up is easy" and sending a link isn't actual customer service. Making changes in your administration and how things are run is the proof that so many customer complaints are being heard.

Worse experience ever in a Bank of America. One hour to cash a check. With 15 ppl in line , they only had two cashiers. Unbelievable

Horrible service….. I came here to deposit money from my business and Luz was very rude.. I’ve been banking with this company for 12 years and I visit a branch two to 4 times a week and she told me she can’t count my money… which is a lie because it doesn’t matter what amount of money I told her it was she was still going to have to count it to verify anyway… thus making this transaction longer and harder than it actually needs to be… won’t be coming back…

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Rude tellers!!1 or 2 tellers max working at all times. Lines are too long as if your buying a new car. This branch sucks. Only come if you have nothing to do and like waiting in line for hours as a hobby.

All time long line inside, you waste up to two hours. Only two cashiers presented. BofA, are you understanding what your customers can leave you, under bad service reason?

Rude customer service after I waited 45 mins to be told I can’t do the transaction. No “sorry for keeping you waiting”. Just rudeness and entitlement. Oh and another 30 minutes in the line
