HORRIBLE PLACE OF BUSINESS!!
THEY SHOULD CLOSE !!
OH WAIT IT TOOK 3 WEEKS TO GET BACK TO ME !!
I EVEN LEFT EMAILS & CALLS ASKING IF THEY CLOSED !!
They restrung blinds hunter douglas brand about 1 year ago came back
2 x s to fix the stability of them …
Then two strings 3 weeks ago broke !!!
I call for 3 weeks left messages emails !!
Got a call back today with a rude woman who has zero clue of anything about my situation..
When asked she asked me who installed !!
I have no idea at all don’t you have my order on file ??
No she replied!!!
I asked to speak to the manager owner etc..
Everyone will be in next week !!!!

Professional and extremely helpful. The team came to my home, assessed the situation with 4 binds, determined the cause of the problem and were out within a few minutes. They were clean, quiet and professional. A few days later they came back with everything fixed, swiftly had the blinds installed back up, and were gone in a matter of minutes. So grateful for the professional service.

I first heard about this company from my Real Estate agent who used them to stage a house with Blinds and drapes for an open house. I wanted electric blinds but they were so expensive. I shopped the price online and at another store for the exact ones I wanted and went to Aventura Decor to see what they had to offer. Not only did they have the best price but the owner Daniel personally worked with me through the entire process and answered every question I had. This place is a hidden Gem. Like I told him I am coming back when I change my drapes.
