I was helped by Jennifer she was absolutely amazing. She answered every question I had about by order. Reached back out to me to let me know my order was shipping out. She was so sweet and friendly the entire time. She really made my day and added an extra acrylic due to my order delay. I was very happy after our phone call.

At first I was a little bummed bc I only received half my order but once I received the other half of my order I was completely satisfied customer service conducted by Jennifer was exquisite she was so friendly and she handled my case in such a timely manner I will most definitely be purchasing again I don’t care how long the wait is I love this acrylic

So these people is so bad for business, I ordered the buy 10 get 10 from 2/11/2024 and they send me 11 acrylic and I’m still waiting for the 9 more that I suppose to get, I call these people texted them dm them and no reply, no respect for people time and money

Ha where do I start….. it’s hard to contact them, when you finally do all your questions and concerns are not answered. I’ve been trying to get information for the nail classes they have, I’m coming from a whole other state and I can’t even get a clear answer on how to book a class in advance So I can plan the trip. And I also bought nail products that came broken and the acrylic spills out the jar because the top is broken. Which it had to be that way when they packed it because the box was fine and it was wrapped in bubble wrap. I been trying to give them a chance but it looks like I’ll be ok going somewhere else.

Glad I invested my money and time with 2cute!! Our instructor GiGi was AMAZING!!! I love how she does one-on-one with her students. I’ve learned so much information about nails in that full week class. Now, I’m ready and feel confident to start my nail journey.
