I have had my account for a couple years. And every time I come into the location, a gentleman by the name of Carlos. It's always there working and is very friendly and welcoming, he greets and treatsAll customers, so kindly an Always has a smile on his face. He is Honestly the best and has always helped me with any questions or issues that I have ever had with banking at Tropical. I have been so satisfied with his customer service for these past couple years, that i was so so sad to hear that he will be changing locations, but only because he was promoted. (Yayyyyyyy!) He definitely deserves that, but will be missed! His employer is definitely lucky to have him!! I will definitely miss seeing him at my local location but anyone who comes in contact with Carlos, i am most definitely sure that they will always be satisfied, just as I was!!! I have sent over 25text messages with no response. Have called more than 14times. Wait times over 1hr.I called this morning to close my accounts but got Deena who fixed my login issue within 5mins.
