“Stuart is like no other in the mechanical world or humanity.. he is honest, kind, straightforward and to the point of the problem. He is there to work, not make friends on the phone…( for those who reviewed bad because of his phone etiquette) I thanks god I found him over 6 years ago and 2 cars ago…. No words could justify this beyond 5 star review. I will go nowhere else. There were many repair opportunities he could have charged way more than he did, but he was honest. There were also minor things he fixed at no charge. He goes above and beyond to diagnose car issues. Thank you Stuart for being YOU!!!! “I had to replace a passenger window regulator motor and also a fuel pressure sensor on a 2018 Ford Mustang. I was pleased with the fact that high quality ford parts were used and that the prices for the fuel pressure sensor parts and labor seemed reasonable. Unfortunately, while the window motor part was reasonably priced, the labor cost for the window was shocking and alarming to me $626! I understand that it is an extensive, time consuming job involving taking the door apart and programming it as was explained to me when I called back with concern; but it still doesn’t sit right with me that it was that steep. That being said, everything else was perfect: I had dropped the car off without an appointment and the work was done with the car good to go in 48 hrs! The main guy I dealt with, Jesse was real cool and everyone I spoke to was very friendly. Overall, I feel like this is a very efficient, well run business. I do believe that they are honest and straightforward about the work actually needed on the car, and won’t try to sell anything unnecessary.”

“Had a great experience here, so I came back to write a 5* review. I had come into Firestone early on Saturday around 730am. I had left for a road-trip and ran into car trouble while it was flash flooding rain outside. Firestone was the only place open before 8am so I stopped in there without notice. I was unfamiliar with the area and had never been there before.Well, Alex really delivered and helped me get the problem resolved and get back on the road within an hour.
