Made an appointment for 9:40 for my flu shot a day ahead of time. Filled out all the forms, showed up at 9:40 the day of appointment checked myself in on line like they asked filled out all the questions and read all the agreements, and signed said papers. Sat down watched 2 other people who were walking ins sit down be called up filled out their papers and they took them in..trying to remain patient after 30 mins went to the window girl brushed me off said she's working on yours now..after another 15 mins she called me to the counter and gave me the forms I had already filled out and signed and she said I had to do them again. Sat another 5 mins and was called back. I complained that I had been there almost an hour after I had gone to the trouble of making an appointment and said I'm not sure what good an appointment does since I was the last person in the waiting room and I watched 2 walk ins go before me. She got short with me and said we should practice patience..I'm not sure who dropped the ball but beware. It's better to just walk in than make an appointment.

They are argumentive and liars. They filled my 90 day supply of meds with 30 pills and tell me 1 refill means 30 pills. Wrong !! At the same time they filled another 90 day pills and give me 90. Then they filled an inhaler I told them I did not want but they filled it anyway. It shows my insurance paid ove 200 for it in claims but they say they did not bill insurance for it. I'm changing my pharmacy as quickly as my refill come up before they poison me with the wrong g prescription...I don't trust this pharmacy at all !!

Unfortunately the majority of the staff I have dealt with here are not customer friendly. And over half the time the medicine is not ready even an hour later than the time they give you. I don't use this pharmacy, but I drop/pick up my mother's medications for her. I believe they are very understaffed, but that is no excuse for the regular rude behavior.

If you go to the pharmacy at walgreens in North Fort Myers on Littleton, DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVE THROUGH, They completely leave you waiting. I waited in line for 20 Mins, while a car three cars back goes in, and gets waiting on before me, (at this time no-one is in line inside) I asked technician if they would prefer people to come in rather then do the drive thru, I told her that guy you just waited on was three cars back, all she said was okay, in the mean time 3 more people came in line in the store, she turns around & waits on them, when there were 2 cars behind me waiting just as long as me. BAD SERVICE!!! I believe she is suppose to go back & forth, but doesn't.

This pharmacy NEVER has my daughters medication in stock! Even going a week in advance asking for it to be ordered and three months in a row my daughter has to go without because they can’t keep in stock. If they weren’t the ONLY pharmacy to take the insurance I’m stuck with I would never step foot in that store again! They don’t attempt to do anything to help!!

Today while at this Walgreens, a young red haired gentleman helped me to replace the battery in my my keyless car key . He helped me google what battery to buy and then proceeded to help me exchange them. Great customer service, he went above and beyond his job duties

We're snowbirds and needed a prescription filled. You know insurance; couldn't fill it until today, sunday. Other Walgreens and CVS told us it would be 24-48 hours. Not here! They called our pharmacy in Iowa, got prescription, and filled it. Thank you!

It seems every time I go to this walgreens I have a problem. From not honoring my clipped coupons (" because their internet doesn't work") Then my points seem to just vanish when I get to the register. This was their last shot with me at this location. I am usually a go with the flow person, and don't say to much. Today I actually had to tell.the cashier not to discipline me. I will take my business to the CVS up the street.
