“I loved it I was able to shop around in the store all while my phone was being repaired and the part that made me happy is that I didn’t have to leave my phone and come bk to pick it up”

7001 Cypress Terrace Suite 3, Fort Myers“I went into UBreakiFix with my laptop that I had spilled coffee all over the keyboard. My laptop would turn on but the screen was frozen and I feared that I would be facing an expensive repair. The tech (unfortunately I didn't get his name) took the laptop and did a soft re-boot (which I wouldn't have known how to do) which got the laptop working. He then checked all the keys for damage, and fortunately they all were working. When I asked him how much for his time he said it would be no charge - he said it was an easy fix and he was glad to be able to help! I will be going to UBreakiFix for all my future laptop/cellphone repairs!”
“Exceptional, truly. It’s rare for me write a review with such satisfaction that I wholeheartedly recommend a business as a blanket statement, but here we found one. After my disastrous experience with the Apple Store in Coconut Point, Genius Cellphone & Tablet Repair was a godsend. The gentleman who replaced the battery in my iPhone was courteous, efficient, and honored my request to see the inside of my phone. (I wanted to see the strip that shows water damage - fortunately it was good!)The repair took about 10 minutes, cost less than $60, and my iPhone now works like new again.Would highly recommend this business to anyone with smartphone repair needs - screen, battery, you name it.”
“Great place to take your devices. Reasonable prices, straight up with you on the amount of time needed for repair, and will go above and beyond to make sure they did the best repair on your device.”

He understood how important it was for me to find a computer, and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I recommend anyone who is in need of a computer, should go to them for what you need because they are awesome.”

3200 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers“I brought 2 55 inches Samsung smart TV , form Best Buy . In one year one other them broke down they needed to replace3d the wifi and mother board , I called Best Buy and they send geek squat to replace it , thank god it was under warranty . A couple next month the second one broke down the same way, but the tv's are only one year warranty in Best Buy . Geek squad guy came , horrible guy he was clueless and was getting phone calls from different companies calling him to hire him , he was leaving geek squad ( red Flag) . They wanted to charge me 600.00 dollars to fix and put a mother board on a Samsung tv that was 1 year and 3 moths old . I told him that I am going to call Samsung company , which I did they were willing to replace all parts but not the labor of 145.00 dollars . I agreed they gave me a ticket number and emailed a company name CODE APPLIANCES ( horrible company) I wait two weeks for this company to call which they never did . After calling Samsung and complaining about CODE APPLAINCE is not calling me to repair my tv. One Latina lady from Samsung gave me a new ticket with a new company TV CENTER ELECTRONICS . Within 3 hours I Geta call form them . I spoke to a professional gentleman , he said I will order all the parts that Samsung said to replace and call you when parts come to schedule the service day . That took a week and today the service guy ( anthonio ) came and replace , so professional and did the work so fast , Outstanding service . I would recommend this company 100% . great service and very professional . NEVER BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY , WARRANTY IS ONLY ONE YEAR . BUY TV FROM SAM CLUB , COSTCO , OR BJ THERE WARRANT IS 5 YEARS ON TV'S . ALSO BUY LG NOT Samsung .”
“Took a dated Bose radio/CD changer in, paid a nominal bench charge of $85.00 for them to look at the unit to see if it could be repaired. Told I would receive a call back in a couple of days. Got a call back the next day with the bad news, sorry the unit is beyond repair.Owner took the time to explained what was wrong and why it could not be repaired. For those of you that have never been to a repair shop before, this is what a repair should look like. Units everywhere, waiting for inspection, parts, or owner to pick their unit up. If the shop didn't look this way I think I would be disappointed and maybe even a little skeptical that this might not be the right repair shop for me. While I was disappointed that the unit could not be repaired, I was pleased with the prompt return phone call and the information the owner provided to tell why it could not be repaired. I will return next time I have an electronic problem without hesitation.”
“The associates at Batteries Plus are very helpful. They saved me over $100 by putting an adapter on a battery so that I could install it myself on my garage door opener. I really appreciated the help. Thank you!”
“Price on the batteries I needed was better than Amazon and I was able to get what I needed quickly.
Negative part, I needed a battery for a key fob, couldn't figure out how to get to the battery. I went to the store and found out there wasn't a battery tray, that the cover had to be snapped off, which your guy did, took 30 seconds and you charged me $15. In my opinion, bad for business and is simple greed!”
“I am not at all a tech savvy person so helping me is a challenge. And the problem i brought to Ryan was way beyond my capability to resolve. It struck me early in the conversation that Ryan "got me" and understood what I felt was the problem. Turned out this issue did not have an easy 1 - 2 - 3 solution. It was complicated, really complicated, dealing with the tech people of one of the big commuicaton companies (we all know what that's like to tackle with, major headache). But Ryan hung in there every step of the way and had conversations with the agents I would have had no idea how to do. (Knows the lingo so he could move things along). All to say, I think Ryan is a good starting point when you've got an electronic challenge. Give him a whirl.”
